1 ★I was enjoying the game. About 3 weeks ago it became so buggy it is literally unplayable. There is a screen reader bug that will not allow you to do anything in the game. If that ever gets fixed, which it has been several weeks now, I may change my mind about the rating. Until then, it is literally unplayable.
3 ★I think it's a cool game.. I mean I not gonna say it's the best but for a smooth at your own pace type of game it's pretty good. I just updated my game and it's not loading the game at all I'm stuck on the main middle earth ind. Opening screen. So can yall fix the glitch please and thank you.
1 ★Played for a week and uninstalled because I can't physically play the game even if I wanted to.. The performance is very bad, I keep getting stuck on the startup screen and most times I have to reopen the app over and over til I get lucky loading in. Then another problem occurred where I'll load in but I'll have a never ending loading prompt at the check in rewards screen that never goes away even tho I have perfect wifi connection. Literally unplayable.
3 ★Played it for an hour or so. The game has lots of potential but it somehow still feels unpolished and empty. Could definitely use voices for when attacking and receiving damage. Even the background music plays on a loop (I mean the exact same music plays in the main menu, during the dialogue and during battle). Will probably revisit this game after updates.
1 ★Shards are incredibly difficult to receive from Hard missions and equipment is also annoyingly hard to craft. The bundle costs are crazy. $20-50 for characters is wild and there are no cheap options aside from the gems that get you low shard yielding chests. The actual heroes and mechanics are fine and it's fun to play in this universe! The graphics are great and there's good in-game variety. I also appreciate that auto-battle (both in mission and to autocomplete) and speeding up are free.
1 ★That's an old game play style that is very boring. When you want to push threw the game style and keep playing, your resources are so limited that when acquiring new characters in there events, you can't level those characters you win to match your other characters. How can this game have over a 4 star rating...... did these reviewers actually play the game. It's sooooo slow. There are so many new game available that have seemingly endless content. A waiste of time. Sorry, I wanted to like it.
1 ★Mediocre is being nice. They just missed the mark by a little on everything. Not original. It's just a clone of other better games that came before it. With a lord of the rings theme. The story and single player experience is extremely shallow. The writing is probably at a 2nd grade reading and writing level and creative level. They introduce new heroes that are familiar from the franchise but are completely unattainable unless you drop around $100. That's not an exaggeration. Uninstalled.
1 ★This isn't a game. It's got the illusion of a game, but they give you options to fast-forward through gameplay, and an "autoplay" feature so you don't even need to play the game yourself. It's designed to quickly speed you through content, which the game is probably playing for you, until you run out of resources and need to pay money. Cheapest store option is $4.99. There are full paid mobile games that are cheaper than that. Avoid this one.
3 ★I really want to like this game, and I'm still playing it however, it's getting increasingly frustrating. Hopefully, the devs pay attention to feedback. The first 1 or 2 weeks,the game is great. You can level up and add characters quickly. After that, you hit a gear and abilities wall on every character. Gold is way too difficult to come by and is required to advance skills. Gearing your character becomes incredibly slow and frustrating. Both the component amounts and drop rates are horrible.
2 ★The game play and the storyline are fun. The characters are nicely modeled, and the artwork is creatively nice. But when you Shove Purchase Options down our throats every time we go back to the main screen. It gets Very Annoying! We get it. You're a money grabbing game. This really detracted from the otherwise decent experience of the game. If you want to be shown purchasing options every time you go to the main screen. By all means. Have fun.
1 ★Was fun until I tried to start Mission 1-9 of the light campaign and it would freeze right as the battle was about to start. The game didn't crash, it just showed the characters in the battle space without a UI and then wouldn't progress. I uninstalled and reinstalled thinking that would fix it and it forced me to go through the full tutorial even though I had connected to my Google play account. When trying to add gear, it now locks up on that screen. Can't progress at all now.
3 ★in brief: lots of potential but feels very empty at the moment. It's got good bones, a good artstyle, combo system between certain characters, and lots of potential. The only downsides are progression slows to a crawl very quickly, as you level up far slower than the campaign escalates. Also, there are very few characters in the game to collect as of now, and it's missing a great deal of the main cast (likely will be in events later on)
