Grazie all'integrazione di un algoritmo di raccomandazione, l'utente riceve suggerimenti personalizzati in ragione delle sue esigenze e preferenze. Una rete di sensori collegata alla App tramite un portale IoT restituisce informazioni sull'affollamento, la qualità dell'aria e le condizioni metereologiche per indirizzare i percorsi: nel caso in cui alcuni punti d'interesse siano sconsigliati, ne saranno proposti altri simili. Contenuti multimediali in realtà aumentata, immagini panoramiche a 360°, mini giochi, materiali audiovisivi e testuali arricchiscono l'esperienza sia durante la visita che da casa. La presenza di geolocalizzazione sia indoor che outdoor consente all'utente di orientarsi e scegliere efficacemente le proprie tappe.
