Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★crashes whenever I hit test
5 ★There is no one better to advocate for you if you civil rights have been violated than the ACLU.
5 ★Seems good to have on hand. The concise description of your rights is handy.
4 ★When well there be a version for Texas?
5 ★Love it!
5 ★Most police are not corrupt, and are there to protect us. However, with the recent wave of police abuse, the only way to catch the bad ones is to constantly monitor all of them. On-duty police have temporarily given up their right to privacy when they put on their uniform (off duty of course they have the same right to privacy as all of us). When people know they are being recorded, the camera has a "civilizing effect" on all parties involved. BlackLivesMatter and BlueLivesMatter!!
5 ★This app is great! People complaining that it gets "stuck" on their phone and can't be uninstalled didn't read the instructions when they modified the default settings. The instructions state explicitly (and in red text): "To uninstall this app be sure to uncheck 'Lock Screen on Recording' under the app's 'Settings' tab. You will then be able to uninstall by accessing your phone's application settings."
5 ★This was great! To uninstall make sure to uncheck the lock screen feature
5 ★If it ever gets downloaded everyone should use it
5 ★Thank you for making this app!
5 ★Thank you ACLU!!!
5 ★A nice app for legal professionals
