Aplikasi iBITA adalah satu inovasi kemudahan permohonan dan semakan status permohonan bantuan ke Institut Pengajian Tinggi Awam dan Swasta yang tersenarai di bawah Pentadbiran Kerajaan Negeri Pulau Pinang.iBITA dibangunkan bagi memberi kemudahan permohonan dan semakan status permohonan secara atas talian kepada pengguna awam terutamanya pelajar Institut Pengajian Tinggi Awam (IPTA). Permohonan bantuan ini dibuka pada tempoh tertentu setiap tahun yang terdiri daripada permohonan bagi lepasan diploma dan ijazah. Terdapat 20 IPTA yang telah disenaraikan sebagai IPTA yang layak untuk dipohon oleh pelajar. Hanya pelajar yang meneruskan pengajian sepenuh masa dibenarkan membuat permohonan.
