Estar Bien es una aplicación para dispositivos móviles diseñada y desarrollada por psicólogos del Centro de Acompañamiento Estudiantil e ingenieros de Uninorte y del sector externo, enfocada en proporcionar psicoeducación guiada y herramientas a sus usuarios en temas relacionados a su salud metal, física y bienestar emocional.La app es para el apoyo a la promoción y a la prevención y no para hacer seguimiento a casos ni diagnosticar. Es para que el usuario pueda hacer autogestión al consumir contenidos de calidad (promoción y prevención). Servirá para aconsejar, asesorar y orientar para lidiar con estados de ánimo circunstanciales. Si es un caso estructural y es parte de la personalidad requiere remisión a procesos especializados.
