Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★Does not work on andriod 11. Database cannot be found, support does not have andriod 11 to test, cannot help?
5 ★Just installed to use on android instead of exporting from rw desktop into handbase and syncing that to android. So far, the readerware android app is vastly superior - easier ui, less steps. Looks prettier too. Only complaint is the android app must be told the pc address to sync with, it doesn't auto-discover. But on the bright side, this probably allows use across a router (haven't needed to try so far.)
5 ★I've been using Readerware on my PC forever and the mobile apps are a godsend for checking whether I already own a book, video, or recording. Email support is quick, helpful, and open to suggestions for improvement. In short, the cataloging software I've seen. A great feature is the ability, on the PC, to drag and drop Amazon and Audible URLs, especially for digital movies where there is no ISBN or ASIN to scan.
1 ★There is no option to create a new DB on the mobile device; which is a pretty glaring requirement oversight. There is no help or documentation included. Another oversight.
4 ★Easy to sync between my notebook and samsung s5. Took less than 20 minutes to load app but mobile and sync
2 ★Worked great on my S3, but will not recognize the export file on my S5.
