3 ★I genuinely enjoy playing the game ever since its release. Gameplay and graphics-related wise, this game is over the top, but the servers are really bad. I keep on getting connection errors while finding opponents in gauntlet mode and have to restart the game every single time. With this, please do use the amount of money that you're getting from the players to improve the server connection in minimizing these kinds of inconveniences.
5 ★Great game. Good story, great pve, and pvp. Enhancing characters are easy and most of them are farmable even the SSR ones. There are chars that p2w can only get or even you if your lucky in single pull or just try saving them to pull 10x. They are not stingy with dias you can easily get them through dailies, weeklies, pvp (2 of them), and dispatch. Pvp area is good even as a f2p i can win against whales. All in all its f2p friendly and a great game.
3 ★Since there is PVP, it is expected that there would be a P2W aspect in this game, usually hidden behind a Battle Pass and Classified Recruitment which is requires a Premium Roll Currency. Classified Recruitment can be farmed with a lot of time. The ban system in PVP benefits P2W players who spend for new Characters while F2P has to make do with whatever characters. Banned Characters can still be used during PVP which defeats the purpose of being banned but, they are severely weaker than usual.
3 ★I've been playing this game since launch last May. Good story and character design. However, if you plan to play this game as an f2p, you're gonna have a bad time. PVP is through and through PTW. Once you finish the chapters, there isn't much to do, but play through it again on Hard mode. Do the supply runs, farm stuff to power up your units (that will eventually lose out to PTW units). Rinse and repeat. If you enjoy swiping your card, by all means. Play this.
3 ★Great gameplay, Interesting story but with Bad Optimization for lower end Android Devices. Heavy stuttering on Combat, especially during skill casting. the PC Client version is perfect though, even for 10 years old low end laptop with integrated intel hd graphic, it works flawlessly. Hoping that they optimized it for lower end Android phone model as well in the future.
1 ★Counterside is a gacha game with eventful storyline and gorgeous graphic. Battle is similar to Arel Wars where you save up resources to deploy units to aid you in battle. The game is fun if you're playing to understand the lores and the story but the PvP experience is a nose dive to the abyss, a punch to your gut. Awakened that are simply lethal against F2P. A.Hilde is like a paywall that obstruct your way to high ELO. Ultimately, Brave Nine is still a much better game - battle spell. 🍻
2 ★As much as i love the game, the gap between the P2W and F2P is tremendous because there is one OP character that are locked behind Pay Wall for the time being, although im at top tier myself (4k) but if you meet that unit your win chance will drop significantly since they got a lot of copy of that OP unit, the dev need to change something like the battlepass is purchaseable with diamond(quartz) just like Epic 7, the game would be much better
1 ★At first it was pretty fun playing around with the characters and enjoying the story but after awhile the game leans more heavily on the PvP side and it is really unbalanced, there are some units that could carry the whole team by themselves and of course through paid gacha, the ban list is nonsense and usually the playstyle doesn't change even after the list is updated every week which comes off as annoying and incentivize pulling on the paid gacha to make the PvP at least bearable.
5 ★Gonna rate as a PvE player. 6th day with only around $10 spent. So far I love the story, gameplay and soundtrack, a lot of flashy animations too. Progression is really well done. Love how characters are upgraded. Game crashes occasionally on my gaming phone but on the positive side, progress is not lost for PvE content. You won't need to spend much to enjoy the story and gameplay. If you play for PvE only, this game has the potential and I can't wait to see more future updates and contents.
5 ★I enjoy the game especially the story, been playing since release. Those people that rate the game low just because they couldn't get the awakened characters are just salty spoiled self entitled brats. I'm a F2P player and I have all the awakened characters so far. They are just lazy and impatient.
3 ★The update sucks. Whenever the game ask u to update the files, u will end up with a broken software. Instead, u need to reinstall. Wasting so much time and mobile data. U cant get the daily idle rewards at the moment when u struggle with the update and reinstall things. And this occurs not only once, but happened again and all over again. Fix this, and then i will give u 5 star.
2 ★i used to give this a full 5 stars for its graphics, story, gameplay. now i hesistantly gave 2 due to the recent change. strong characters can be pulled only using money. even if you earned chances to draw them, it is downright awful. in laymans term, its P2W now. should have just stick with the original formulae.
