The Royal Tank Museum application designed to enhance virtual museum tour experience. Using your smartphone, you can view augmented reality images of the exhibits and get additional information.Once at the Museum, the App provides an interactive map of the Museums. With the Royal Tank Museum mobile app, you can explore our world-class collection and get a self-guided tour. The App interacts with beacons installed around the Museum to trigger your device to deliver information and audio-visual content about the exhibits nearest to you. Simply download the App, sync it to your device, and turn on the location services. The Museum's collection will then appear on your screen around you as you explore the Museum, and you can listen to audio and read the words on the screen for a more in-depth and personalized experience. You'll also be able to find out about events, activities and other fun things happening at the Museum. A one-time set-up, once downloaded, you can use the App anywhere at the Museum.
