3 ★Ok app. Connections work to both my Pure scooters. Lights turn on and off, lock mechanism is responsive too. However, lock mechanism is easily hacked. I downloaded the app on another phone, started an account with another email address and was able to connect to a "locked" scooter and unlock it. So it will not help prevent theft or other family members using it. Easy to unlock by anyone who downloads the app. No other features to write about. Needs a lot more creative thought and integration to map apps and the like.

1 ★The worst app to use for Samsung... I bought the Pure Air electric scooter in December. I was able to setup the scooter using this app. After the setup, I no longer and to connect my phone to the app. I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalled it, doesn't work. Tried to connect with another Samsung phone, doesn't work. What is the point of having a app when it doesn't work?

1 ★This app does not work! I have tried using a Samsung S20 ultra and a Huawai P smart. With the S20 the app is detected but won't communicate with it, with the Huawei the app is not even detected! This app or the 'bluetooth scooters are not fit for purpose. Shame as I like the scooter.

4 ★App did not originally work, emailed support with my scooters Mac address and they fixed the issue for me. The app works well and tells me what I need to know. I would like to see the range of my scooter to be more consistent on the app.

1 ★App doesn't work on oneplus 7. Can't get it to connect to my scooter at all. Update: I got it to connect to the scooter, but as soon as I turn the scooter off the phone refuses to connect to it again

4 ★Good clean app, would like a cruse control option as a lot of my journeys are long and this would be extremely helpful. Other than that the app does as stated though had initial issues connecting these wheel resolved.
