4 ★A great, simple app that does it's job very well. The feature to only play certain parts is incredibly useful. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is that it's quite irritating to have to set where you want it to play from and too every single time, and I believe it would be much better for the app to save these checkpoints for each individual song, so you don't have to set them every time.
5 ★I needed an AB repeat audio player for language learning, the old one I had was 7 years old, still working, but dated. I didn't realise how difficult it was to find a sensible alternative, some were over complicated, others too simple, some did not work, some were quite useless! Having evaluated so many, I finally found Repeat Player by Darby, which gave me everything I needed, a nice clear interface, which was well layed out and practical, simple to use, whilst still giving me all the functions and versitility that I needed. It has taken hours of searching and testing, but Repeat Player by Darby, is now my main default player for language learning. Well done to the developer, you have designed something that others have been unable to do!
5 ★I wanted a simple audio player with a button to skip back a few seconds during podcasts. Such a simple requirement, but so hard to find. This app does exactly what I want, and does it well. As a bonus it takes up hardly any space on my phone. Dispensing with bells and whistles that most other audio apps have, but that are of no interest to me, makes it compact.
3 ★Recently the app is having a hard time differentiating between files on an sd card and files on the system itself. It can still read thise files (i have a playlist) but it cant seem to find them. My files are on my sd card but what it thinks is my sd card is actually my phone's native memory. any chance this could get fixed? I do like the app, and have for a while, but this is more than a little inconvenient. edit : I did delete app data, I uninstalled and then reinstalled. Neither option worked
5 ★Frustrated for months and perhaps years for lack of progress in my listening skill in Spanish.. this app is a God given answer to my prayer. With a tap of finger I can easily go back 5 seconds. Also I can vary the speed of the Spanish conversation that I'm listening to. For those two features this app is downright VERY VERY USEFUL in my book !

5 ★A great app for playing audio files repeatedly to learn /memorise a language or dialogues etc with sleep timer functionality which is just super. It would be ultimate if the timed break feature is added where it takes a break for a given time and then resumes along with scheduled start on a daily basis. *******
1 ★Worked pretty well for about 6 months, some bugs here and there like the repeat flags aliding out of place after using split window mode with it and Color Note, but otherwise it worked well. However yesterday, for no apparent reason it just stopped loading properly. Whenever I open it now it just freezes and does nothing, eventually prompting the Android UI to ask if I want to close the app forcefully or wait for it to load. Installing older versions didn't fix it unfortunately.
