Description
p2Vest enables borrowers to obtain loans directly from lenders, reducing the cumbersome process of traditional lending.Borrowers can easily signup with valid credentials and request a loan. All loans generally have to be scored and if it meets a minimum of 50% credit score, it will proceed to a guarantor to approve after which it is sent to lenders on the platform.
Lenders can also place funds on p2Vest and give out loans to borrowers. They earn the interest while P2Vest charges a platform fee of 30% from the interest earned.

P2Vest provides flexible interest rates calculated based on credit scores. Our focus is micro credits and the values range from N5,000 to N100,000, and you must be at least 18 years at your last birthday to be considered for a loan. The loan tenor can be between 60 to 180 days, customers are allowed the option to choose tenor. A loan could be as low as 2% per month and as high as 20% per month. This could translate to an Annual Percentage Rate (APR) of between 24% to 48%.
Your access to loans on our platform is based on the Tiers you sign up with. At the onboarding, you are signed up to Tier 1 with your Bank Verification Number (BVN) and this will allow you to take N5,000.00 loan. If you pay back and upload a verified identity card, you are upgraded to Tier 2 where you could borrow up to N10,000. If you sign up for address verification (this is billable at a one-off fee of N1,000), then you are upgraded to Tier 3 where you could borrow up to N100,000.
A typical example is this: If you choose to get a 6-month loan of N30,000, P2vest charges an interest rate of 48% APR. We would charge you N7,200 as the total interest amount for the 6-month period so that your total repayment of interest + principal at the end of your loan would be N37,200.
REPAYMENT TERMS FOR ALL LOANS
Depending on the loan amount for which you are eligible, you have the option to choose repayment terms for up to 180 days. With p2Vest you can choose the best loan term that meets your needs.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
When processing your loan request for eligibility and sharing with available lenders on the app for funding, we look at several signals, such as your credit score, past loan performance, etc. We require that loan applications be filled with the correct information as any falsification could delay your loan request, or your profile may be blacklisted. For cases of fraud, you may be reported to the authorities.
