To overcome this issue, Research Team from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), cooperated with International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRCRCS), Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI), PT. Zurich Insurance Indonesia and Perum. Jasa Tirta I develop the Flood Early Warning and Early Action System called FEWEAS.
