1 ★Game doesn't work at all. It crashes the moment I open it. This is the only Game i tried that does this.
2 ★It is a really nice game visually, in the same theme like epic seven which shows 2d side scrolling anime-ish effect. I enjoyed playing the first two chapters because I am a bleach fan since young but all of that went into the dustbin the moment the gacha element comes. I understand this is a gacha game but holy shyt the cost of a gacha summonx10 is unreasonable. 50 bucks for a 10 time summon with SHARDS included in it?? And there arent any reroll incentive. Another greedy gacha policy.
1 ★The Soul Duel battle system is extremely unbalanced. When my character got hit, it could get another hit while still in mid air over and over again until my character dropped to the ground or my opponent stopped attacking. But when my character hit my opponent, the opponent just drop to the ground instantly and become invincible. I have 172k RP but still lost to 100k RP opponent because of this system.
3 ★It's a good game, not gonna lie. But it's hella annoying when the enemy sometimes go out of bound.
1 ★Purchased monthly thing but i didn't get anything. Since then everytime i want to purchase anything, the game just shows a transparent black box in the middle of the screen for just 1 second then it closes. I want to report to the in-game chat custormer service but typing a single letter into the chat box just restarted the game.
4 ★Always get crashed after 15-30 minutes of playing. The screen suddenly turned yellow and stucked there. Need to exit the game and open the game again
5 ★The most adventure,old school style and my only favourite games, i played everyday. I'll tried to finish it attually (i'm not a profesional gamer). Soon i finish it, i'll teach my only child to continues my bankai journey. Yeehaa!!!!
3 ★There is a current problem with the Special Offers. I'm not sure if the developers noticed it, but it can really be frustrating. At the moment giving it a 3 star (can't do online customer service either)
1 ★I made purchase but didnt received any reward ! And after i click again the item that purchased before, there is no price pop up. SCAM ! Even i buy the vip promo and didnt get anything like banner told !! SCAM, no money no progress, but after spend once didnt get anything at all!! What do you want jeez ! I have sent mail and do pm to the fb page but didnt get response at all till now. Bad service, cash grabber, scamming ! I already report this game for scam , ASS!
1 ★Purchased monthly card for absolutely nothing, report through email no response or whatsoever, customer service just a auto reply bot that tell you to email your problem, this game is such a scam! I have never met such worst app game developer before. If you don't bother fixing the problem, so be it.

The monthly bonus for the cars prime!!! Pls do something with this matter I even received a Text message from you, that I have successfully purchased your item!! Until now I didn't receive any rewards or monthly souldamas!! I bought the month card because of the top up rewards (Gin and the other one hero) PLEASE DO SOMETHING
3 ★Pvp needs to be fixed, when the timer runs out the one with the most damage dealt should win since the enemies always freeze and whenever the match ends they keep winning and its annoying af, cant even challenge the top 10 players unless I reach top 20 and I cant rank up since they keep freezing and end up getting free wins.
