2 ★Used to work quite well with my SJ360 and the old version on my old samsung s3 still does, but more recent versions on my sony xperia xa1 ultra dont provide a preview any more for still pictures. The preview window is black or green with a black circle, but no live image. Preview for video still worka, but this very much limits the usability, not just of the app but of the camera, which I find very disappointing. Is it possible to fix the app so I can again take still pictures/photos? Thanks!
1 ★App crashes when I try to connect to my new sj4000. It tells me to restart the camera, I do, and it crashes again. Very bad programming, very bad app testing, it's a useless app. Update: it's now Nov 29 2020, the app gets a little further, but now it crashes after working for a few seconds. Still a useless app.
1 ★My sj5000 can connect easily with my android. It works well with video mode. But everytime I change it's mode from video to photo capturing, the app was lagging until it didn't work anymore. I already swallowed my food in reality, but in the camera still I'm chewing. This app sucks.
1 ★I bought the SJCam 4000 Air specifically to use with WiFi. Have Android tablet (Android 4.4.4) and phone (Android 7.0). App won`t connect to the tablet at all and drops out very quickly on the phone. Tried both at significant distance from other WiFi sources. Please update this app as my purchase is of no use to me without connectivity.
1 ★I downloaded your SJCAM Zone to my Samsung A50 phone but it won't connect to my SJ7 Star. Why is this? It only say "Internet may not available. Connect to another network or turn on Switch to mobile data". I even just recently update the Firmware of the SJ7 Star to Firmware v1.21. Why is this?

1 ★i'm very disappointed. i just updated the latest version of the software the night before my long ride. expecting that i will enjoy the new features of the update. but when i'm travelling filming my activities, something's wrong with the cam. since my sj6 legend was installed on the back of my motorcycle, i was not aware that it is not recording. my settings was set on 3mins video loop recording, and i have enough space to capture up to 40mins of video. it only capture less than one minute.
3 ★Unfortunately app is rather buggy.. once it broke down while my cam was connected (i used app as a remote control for camera) and this connection break down made my cam crash all the data on SD card installed to the camera (3 days of my vacation) at that moment.. after that i'm trying to use this app as rare as possible
2 ★The app isn't that bad but it fails at one critical thing on my SJ5000: live view. It doesn't work at all, if not sometimes maybe give me a single static image. All the other options and features work, just not live view. Tested on Galaxy S9.
1 ★Unable to transfer videos from sj4000 cam to my redmi note 4 phone. Showing on sjcam app that videos are downloaded but videos not showing in phone gallery, file manager, or any other download files. Reading other comments, it seems this is a common problem. Don't know why because i used to own a huawei phone and the app works fine on that phone.
1 ★I made the mistake of buying an an SJ4000 wifi...only because I thought the wifi would save me the hassle of having to transfer files. I thought I'd beable to use the app to DL the videos directly to my phone...but guess what? The f#@king app doesnt work properly! I have to transfer the files to a laptop and then to my cellphone. I should've just bought the regular non-wifi model - which has better sound quality. Do yourself a favor and buy an actual GoPro...they stay on top of the software..
3 ★giving 3 stars because I can literally take photos or record where as I need to be able to zoom in and out etc and can't on this app and whenever I press on camera it kicks the wifi off and resets which is annoying as I need to be able to zoom in when I'm recording my nail videos wanted to be able to see if I'm in shot etc using my sj4000 wifi cam stressed out if anyone knows any apps I can use on my tablet with this camera cud u plz let me know Defoe need to zoom and record xx
