1 ★Well, I DID like this app...... until it stopped working. 😒 I've done everything I know how to do, updated my phone, kept up with the updates for the app, un-installed, then re-installed the app, restarted my phone, and nothing, just freezes and never loads. So disappointing, wish I could have given this No Stars!!! But of course, you have to give it at least 1 star in order to write a review. Think twice before downloading!!!!
2 ★I have this game downloaded on two devices, one for me and one for the kids. The app has been freezing constantly. When I open it, I can go do something else for 10 minutes while I wait for it to load. It's been like this on BOTH devices. It's the same when using wi-fi, data, or anything. Very frustrating. Hopefully this new update works to fix these problems.
5 ★Great game, lots to do, generous helpings of unlimited lives in most cases. Pretty glitchy, but over is a solid game. NOTE: if you uninstall and reinstall, dont freak out if it looks like you lost everything. Just play up through a few levels and it will all come back. Not sure how many, but more than 3 less than 10.
1 ★Again, I have played this game 4 yrs & poured more $ into it than I would ever own up 2. I never had problem 1 until 6 mths ago. Then it wouldn't pull up, so I would finally Uninstall & reinstall (sometimes 3/4 x's!) It would finally work. It might get glitchy at times but worked. Each time it decides 2 not open, it gets harder 2 fix. I have lost all my free time so many x's as well as all my story points that I save 2 read 2 my grandkids. Right now I will lose over 800 points if I Uninstall so?
3 ★This game is buggy and glitchy. To save text just read the other reviews about the crashes, the loss of money due to the developers not updating. My game still opens up with the Christmas splash screen. The part that lets you pay for upgrades is never broken. EDIT: Game still displays X-mas theme 1.5 yrs later. PlayQ Inc. Offers for gold bars still pop up asking for $$, PLEASE UPDATE THIS APP!
1 ★I think this game is awesome to play, that is if it would stop crashing, taking away most of the rewards earned, ie, gold bars spent for extra tries, the right to start a level at the first try not the 2nd because it crashed after it went to the first attempt. Many complaints have been sent to the company with no results. Don't they care what the customers want? This needs immediate attn. I even wrote to google play to see if there is anything they could do Like stop promoting a bad product?
1 ★I have been playing this game for years, it has become maddening. It constantly crashes and I have lost thousands of cherries and many gold bars. I have submitted requests for help with the problems with no response. Every time I pass a level it crashes so I don't get my first try and lose bonuses. I certainly won't be putting any google play money into it ever again! Someone needs to look into fixing all the problems with the game.
3 ★I love this game and I had given it 5 stars before however since the last couple of updates the game seems to glitch a lot and it turns the charms and board black so I can't see what charms to match and have to turn the game off and restart it, or stops working in the middle of a round which in turn messes up my streak if I am having a good day. Please fix this so I can give you the back the 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 rating and I can keep playing one of my favorite games on my free time.
1 ★You can't pass a level if there isn't enough of the right kind of pieces that you need to match on the board...which happens all too often with this game. (A first for me!:( ) There's also too few moves to do the things you need to do if there *are* pieces that you need available (you *can* of course spend real money for extra moves, of course) Uninstalling!
3 ★I really enjoyed this game at first. The colors are bright and the game play is standard match 3. It doesn't take long, though, before you are forced to spend money or be totally frustrated. It's way too difficult to earn gold bars or whatever the game currency is. The boosters are too much and once you pass the first few stories it's too difficult. Also, the animation is extensive and eats up your battery. I'm uninstalling with regret.
2 ★My biggest issue with this game is the ridiculous pop ups constantly asking you to link to Facebook. They strategically placed it so it's where you would generally click "play", so I was constantly clicking it by mistake. I play matchy games to relax, and this one just made me anxious. All of the symbols on the homescreen are constantly flashing at you like you have new achievments, when it's actually just trying to get you to spend money.
3 ★Liked the game if it wasn't for having to buy gold just to finish a level on just about every level you play and it starts getting expensive. The $2.99 starts adding up real quick and that's the cheapest one to choose from. I got tired of having to pay just to finish a level so I uninstalled it.
