2 ★I downloaded this app because it said it was able to be played offline. While on my break at my job, there is no signal so offline games are all I can play, this game, doesn't allow offline playing. So, it was pretty much a wasted download for me.
5 ★I really appreciate this game, super easy to use and gameplay is fun, It's a very enjoyable app with refreshing quotes! I love having all the cryptograms available to be read through after solving. Increased my ability to recognize words as a whole!!
5 ★I do not love this game. It is not even. me. v. me. It expects one to pay more extortion money to another terrorist group called Play Games each month. The concept is good which is one good thing about this game. It does however allow a complete losing of the timer and its results. which is one of the pre requisites of any game I play. The developers respond to the players, also neccesary. If it were not for these good things, I would lose it like the path of a star gone gamma.
5 ★I've always liked this kind of game. I don't try to figure out the code, just what a word would be by how it works with rest of what is being said. Did the easy ones for a while then moved to harder, return to easy when my brain needs a break.
4 ★It's like the crypto puzzles you might have seen in the newspaper. Only better, because it fills out the rest of your guess as soon as you put in a letter. It makes for easier iterations on your decryption. I wish there were ways to earn hints beyond just the one per puzzle other than buying them. I sometimes just feel like giving up after making no progress for ten minutes and there's no way to go back to puzzles after opening a new one.
5 ★Stunning, love the aesthetic and quotes, very relaxing and no annoying pop up ads, great to pass the time and use your brain a little. Only issue is the competitive aspect of the game with the crypto league that just makes people more interested in the points than the actual game, but that's a defect of the players. Overall great experience, would definitely recommend.
3 ★I really enjoy this game but my one complaint is that sometimes it is SUPER laggy. There is a couple seconds delay between me selecting something and the game realizing I've selected it. Even closing it and reopening doesn't help.
5 ★This game makes a great time killer. Only problem I have is that the Game Settings from the Gear icon doesn't work. Every time I click on Game Settings, the screen immediately resets to the title screen. All other menus from the Gear icon work however. Edit: Changed review to 5 stars. The update fixing this problem was not available on all devices. Once the update pushed through, the problem was solved.
5 ★I highly recommend this app, especially if you are a cryptogram lover like me. If there was ever an app on Google Play that deserves 5 stars it is this one. The developers have done an incredible job of compiling a database of tens of thousands of inspiring cryptoquotes on a variety of subjects. I must warn you that the game can be very addictive as I have already solved over fourteen thousand cryptoquotes! Kudos to the developers on a great job.
5 ★Best game ever. Love the different levels. Can pick harder when I want a challenge and easier when I need a win. I recommend it to anyone that loves hangman or any wheel of fortune type games.
5 ★It's a great cryptogram game. Lots of categories & four difficulty levels. Only problem that I've had is being unable to get into game settings: when I select it, a screen briefly appears & then I'm back to the setting category selection screen (Game Settings, Keyboard Settings, etc.) I can access all of the other settings. UPDATE: Latest update solved the Settings issue. Everything works fine. Great Crypto program! Devs very responsive. Added 5th star. Thanks Devs.
4 ★Great with a few bugs. I really enjoy this game. But there are some issues that drive me crazy. 1) Method of either backspace or replacing a letter isn't very clear. I frequently have to start over to change a letter. It would be wonderful if that would be made clear. 2) When the hint button is used, it's not clear where the hint has been used
