1 ★Kicks you out of show every commercial break. Then it won't restart where you left off. They should add a dot or marker for commercial breaks to the running time line so I can find better where I left off. I have latest version of app. They need to update a fix right away! Makes it impossible to watch a show without tearing your hair out.
3 ★fShow selection is great, and awesome to have full compliment of episodes available. Navigation through episodes could be simplified (Example: Tahoma FD has broadcast and explicit available - having to scroll past each to get through the entire list). Also would be nice to have resume episode feature, instead of having to restart if you get interrupted for a length of time. This is probably a bigger nuisance than the navigation aspect of the app. Ability to favorite shows too, perhaps?
4 ★Lately this app hasn't been working so well. . . . Yes. I know you have sponsors, personally I prefer commercials over dead air, but I think that's the root of your problem here along with service provider logging glitch. This app times out when commercials start to play. I raised your rating just because someone responded, thank God. I did not expect that.
1 ★Extremely buggy. It would randomly crash in the middle of watching an episode, and I'd have to reopen it, and quickly forward the episode to where I was, making me rewatch another 2 and a half minutes of commercials because of it. Videos reset if you exit the app to answer a text or anything, and it doesn't play while using other apps.
1 ★This app has the longest commercial breaks of every other TV app, combined with the fact that each ad takes a painstakingly long time to load. You cannot enlarge to fullscreen on your cell. Last but not least, the app does not save your place. You have to go through the initial commercials, search through the show to find where you were, deal with the 75-120 second ads each time you enter a segment. The experience was so frustrating, I watched 1.5 shows and am about to delete the app.
1 ★Usually only chromecasts the TruTV logo. When it does work, the show will just stop randomly, so you have to go through the hassle of getting everything restarted and to the point you were at again. It's unnecessarily difficult to just select the tv series you want to watch. The old app wasn't great, but it's better than this garbage.
2 ★The ads are way too long and you're missing mostly all the episodes of At Home with Amy Sedaris! I was able to watch season 2 before but now you don't even have half of season 1! I checked other shows and they're missing many episodes as well. I uninstalled the app because it wasn't even worth keeping since there's hardly any content.
3 ★I love the shows but I don't like the fact that the videos don't automatically go to landscape mode when I hit play and, the main reason I gave it 3 stars, when I pause the show to answer a text or leave the app but I don't close the app, I have to start the episode all over again. It's kinda frustrating
3 ★I get that most people watch episodes when they air or record them on the DVR, but some of us can't watch them live and don't have DVRs. It is extremely disappointing that the app doesn't upload new episodes the day after they air like literally every other network does. Every once in awhile they're on there the next day but usually it's days before they get uploaded and I don't see a reason why. Every other network does it.
2 ★2 stars because content is great but app is garbage. Abruptly stops halfway through episode and won't play (streaming via chromecast). This is NOT a problem on any other streaming apps. Also, the UI on this is terrible. Did anyone use it before they launched it? What kind of monster created this layout? Really? A single line scroll right to see all the shows? Come on, get it together, badly in need of a redesign.
5 ★okay app, it works okay if you want to watch on your phone. The big negative is you can not cast to your TV from the App. so i wont be using the app and instead cast from the chrome browser, but that experience is kind of clunky. Edit: No problems with this app at all. being able to cast from my phone is a big improvement.
1 ★Unfortunately, the casting option isn't working for me. Trying to cast to my Chromecast 2, everything connects, but the video that is supposed to play, shows 0:00 at beginning and end, never plays, and the TruTV logo is the only thing on my tv screen. Best of all, it's making me wait through 180 seconds of commercials EVERY TIME that I'm simply trying to troubleshoot the casting BEFORE it will allow the connection. After trying all the steps suggested by the dev, it's still not working.
