2 ★2/14/2025 App won't let me look at the game summary. Won't load the current game or past games. App won't let me check in for the games. It freezes up. Same thing happens on my friend's app.

1 ★It's terrible. When it first came out it was fun. Now it's like they don't even care half of the time it's not even working or reset. Picking a line just at the beginning of a period sucks. Also, it's been over a week now and you can't purchase tickets through the app. It says it has a problem.

3 ★App stops playing during game. I have to clear my phone then get back on app to listen to game. It will only allow me to listen for a few minutes. Then I have to repeat same thing over and over.

1 ★The app works great to sell you stuff. 0 lag there. But I downloaded it so I could listen to games. Which it does terribly. Spotty at best. You miss 95% of the game. Edit. Not to mention they don't keep up with it. Apparently, we have game 5 on the 5th against a team we just swept all 4 in the playoffs against..... Don't bother releasing an app if you're going to be worse than ticketmaster and their app. That's a real low bar you just went under.

1 ★Don't know if app or the on Winterhawk side, but how does one play a line from beginning of game and not get SOG points? Phone has been rebooted, Bad experience

1 ★Too unpredictable....never works when trying to navigate through it..change my rate to a 1....constantly freezing up and not able to check in...AND DONT GET ME STARTED ON THE "PLAY TOP LINE" its so f'd up its not fun any more

2 ★Can't access ticket barcode for about the last month. Most recent update didn't fix it. I tap on the ticket location then the faded barcode pops up with the "we're working on your request". Then a blank white screen. **Non App solution for accessing tickets- Use your phone's browser to go to the Winterhawks website. Use "manage your account" from ticket drop down menu.
