■The Story
Welcome to an inconspicuous street corner in Showa-era Japan.
All of Tokyo is positively buzzing ahead of the 1960 Olympics,
but this little nook is home to an unassuming candy shop run by
a sweet, unassuming old woman.
As yet another day comes to a close, she watches the setting sun
bathe Tokyo Tower in a soft glow and reflects.
A lot happened today—some of it good, and some of it not.
Join this sweet old woman on her journey, and experience a bygone era.
A lone trumpet scores the sunset as she writes a letter...but to who?
Marbles, Balls, and Balloons...
Gooey Candies, Seasoned Seaweed, and Kaleidoscopes...
These are halcyon days.
No smartphones, no internet distractions. Just peace, solitude,
and a summer break that stretches out endlessly before you.
This is the exceptional story of an ordinary old woman.
■How to Play
Goal
・Use the money you receive from customers to improve your store.
・See if you can collect all the items in the Catalog!
・Experience the entirety of the game's story!
・Use special tokens to spin the capsule toy machine—try to collect them all!
Basic Rules
1. Stock your store.
2. All the neighborhood children will stop by the shop.
3. Tap or swipe the children to collect their money.
4. Use the money you collect to upgrade the shop in the Shop Menu.
5. Upgrade your shop to unlock new merchandise!
6. New merchandise attracts new customers.
7. Fill up your catalog by attracting a variety of customers!
Repeat steps 1-4 to earn money even faster. More money means more upgrades!
Keep playing until you've completed your collection and finished the story!
Different Days, Different Customers
Some customers may only appear on certain days.
Check the Catalog to see which customers appear on which days,
and check in on the shop every so often to see what day it is!
And remember, the days of the week don't follow the real world's clock!
Mementos
Mementos will sometimes appear in the room at the back of the shop.
Collect them to advance the story. And don't forget to check in from
time to time and see what's new!
Capsules
Spin the capsule toy machine and collect simple, useless toys.
The toys you get vary from day to day. You will get duplicates,
but don't let that get you down!
The capsule toy machine only takes special tokens.
Earn these tokens by collecting mementos or completing other tasks.

5 ★Refreshing, relaxing and consuming ( not in an addictive but alluring kind of way) I'm so happy I came across this. The visuals are eye pleasing. The story too moves you emotionally. A different variety of genre. Love games from gagex - they usually appear to be childish but are more thought provoking than any other.
4 ★As compared to its first series, this is much better as the pacing of the game is faster (kids visit the store on a more frequent basis). There are more items to purchase and stuff to collect plus the capsule game. All are retro stuff and I love the background music with the meowing of a cat, I do hope to see the cat though 😸 We also don't need to pay overly quantity of coins to pay when we do the stock up unlike the first series :)
5 ★Relaxing game to play. Finding the letters at the back of the shop is my main reason for playing. However, at the 2nd last letter, it took a long time of playing before it came out. Also, the condition for each customer to come in the shop seems to not really apply when I play. I feel like these 2 issues made the game less enjoyable.
5 ★I love this game so much.. i cried while reading those letter from taro. Ican relate with him. Unable to see your mom and to shameful to even seeher. Wasted his youth to pursue his dream but failed miserably. I haven'tfinish this game so i dont know what kind of end will happen. Thank you..this game have a good story and very touching. 3 ★I downloaded this after playing Hungry Hearts and a bit disappointed because you are not the one handing out the candies unlike Hungry Hearts. I thought it'd be more interactive but I loved this game. The nostalgia is still there and makes me miss the childhood I had. Great game.
4 ★Over all I really liked this story line, I think I liked it better than the 1st one. The one thing I did not like is I have a Galaxy phone where the controls go over the edges and the screen did not seem responsive to my touches during this game .

5 ★I'm loving this game so far! Yes, it's slow moving and simple, but that's what I line. It's relaxing and beautiful. You'll feel nostalgic even if you're young. It's a great game to play while doing something else, like watching TV.

3 ★Had to update my review. When I first played this game, there was very little to no ads. Wow! That's changed. An ad at least every 30 seconds to 1 minute. I don't care that most are only 5-30 seconds, it's totally ridiculous and takes away any enjoyment from the game. I'm uninstalling as soon as I finish this updated review. Too bad, a good relaxing game totally ruined.
5 ★Just beat this one and now all I have left to defeat is oden cart 2. Please release new games similar soon! These were so much fun to play!
