5 ★I haven't yet scratched the surface of these games, but I've played around five. Each story was pretty masterfully told with gorgeous, engrossing details and characters that feel organic and real. Both the amount of character customization (being able to cater your experience perfectly to how you identify and your choices) feel distinctly unique, allowing for multiple playthroughs with genuinely powerful differences that continue to feel fresh. I only look forward to more experiences.
1 ★This is basically just a single app that should organise all the games into a single library for easy access. But its implemented terribly. The older games are pretty fiddly to get recognised or authenticated as already purchased, and if you buy a game from this app itself then the stand-alone appp won't register that you've already bought it. I'm not sure that the reverse is also true, but I'd guess it is.
2 ★Ugh, I love these games but for some reason this app will not work with my Android. It's constantly freezing, and I have to close the app and repopen it for every chapter/choice. Please fix this!! I love these stories and I really wish I could enjoy them.
3 ★I really wish that I could connect to my actual Choice of Games account through this app so I can play all the stories I've already bought through it, but I can't. Really all this app is good for is looking for new Choice of Games to look into, which you can do from the website, and play a couple of free chapter-by-chapter games, which aren't as good as a lot of the pay to play ones. :/
4 ★The app is not too badly put together. However I would like it to be more reliable on worse connections. Maybe an offline mode
5 ★My favorite out of the ones I've played so far. I'll keep it simple -Choices are well written, and affect the game later -Characters are lovable! -Its challenging -Overall good story, interesting encounters, etc ^^
2 ★I have the app on my phone and my iPad, I rarely use my phone at home. So when I purchased a few stories on my phone at work I thought I could just play when I got home. However I discovered purchases on the app don't carry over the purchases to my other device. I am not going to purchase a story twice, so I much as I like these stories i cant give this app a high ranking.
5 ★Honestly been using this and following theses stories for many years on many phone however, since my update I've noticed the freeze on any books I open as well so unless it gets an update or we go back to a slightly older os this may be an issue for some but otherwise amazing authors and stories across the board still love this app 👍
4 ★Good if you want a one stop place for all your choice of games, just keep in mind you ha e to purchase most of them. Think of it more like a shop and storage and less like a free game. It's good for what it is.
5 ★It's a lot of reading but it's great
1 ★I just read the free content of Heroes of Myth, one of the stories. It's interesting and well done and I would buy it, except for the fact that it DOESN'T use HE or SHE pronouns. It's ridiculous. This destruction of the language for pandering to ridiculous ideas of political correctness is unacceptable. I doubt very much that the large portion of people who buy these care for these changes. A shame, won't be buying it.
5 ★A mixture of all kinds of stories in various genres and by multiple authors. Recommended.
