Veggies4myHeart é um jogo educativo criado por nutricionistas e investigadores do Politécnico de Leiria, que tem como objetivo promover o conhecimento sobre hortícolas. Destinado a crianças de idade pré-escolar, é um jogo que pretende informar e motivar os mais novos a conhecerem estes alimentos.Através dos 5 mini-jogos podemos ficar a conhecer os benefícios do pepino, da alface, da couve-roxa, da cenoura e do tomate.
Veggies4myHeart foi o jogo utilizado num projeto de promoção do consumo de hortícolas em jardins-de-infância em que se verificou um aumento significativo no consumo e nos conhecimentos das crianças que utilizaram o jogo.
