Xash3D FWGS (Old Engine) APK Download for Android

Description

Xash3D FWGS is a fork of Xash3D Engine, which compatible with GoldSrc engine.
Allows play Half-Life out-of-the-box and many Half-Life based modifications.

To launch Half-Life, you need:
- a purchased game in Steam.
- installed Xash3D Android.

To install:
1) Copy "valve" folder to "xash" folder on your SDcard.
2) Launch the engine.

5 ★I honestly never thought I'd be playing Half-Life on my phone with such a degree of smoothness. A constant FPS, no drops, no random lagspikes, nothing! I dare say it ran smoother than my old PC haha. Although, I'm having a bit of a few problems with Opposing Force. Some crucial NPCs do not spawn, none of the OP4 weapons are available to use (only default HL1 ones), and I can't get through the game's initial plane sequence because the 2nd plane never gets destroyed.

5 ★sometimes the game will crash on my lg q7+ but that's not to say it'll crash on whatever model everyone else is using. Free app to play half life if you have the game files, can't beat it, everyone should thank these developers, these guy/s are hero/s in my opinion. controls are pretty accurate, I mean I don't have much trouble pulling off moves like long jumps, or weapon accuracy.

5 ★Plays perfectly with all the customization you could ever need. Controls could be a bit awkward at first, but fiddle around with the options for a bit and it's just smooth sailing from there. So glad I came across this, and I'm quite honestly surprised it doesn't cost a cent. Truly impressive.

4 ★It works but for some reason I can't start the game on an android 9 phone

4 ★Great Port for a classic game. Bloody brilliant to be playing this classic again, and on mobile, too!

2 ★I was really enjoying playing HL1 on my android device, but keep getting unexplainable crashes. Full crash at Blast Pit on HL1, multiple crashes in Blue Shift. Have tried various versions of game data, didn't solve. Engine logs show nothing useful. Had to uninstall as unusable. Overall, needs an update for stability and UI needs simplifying. Also needs a dedicated gamepad mapper, the in-game control mapping just doesn't cut it as it wasn't intended for this purpose.

5 ★I've heard about people having crashes on blast pit, I had these too, you just have to noclip and avoid the entire blast pit area, works for me

4 ★I have one problem while playing HL, I'm in the part where I should restore oxygen supply but when i come back into the blast pit the game just crashes immediately after loading the area. I tried loading a map after this but it still crashes, I'm not using any mods and all seems to be normal, theres no error in the console

4 ★Worked fine, but since a phone s/w update not running . Also as a consequence Blue shift is now not working.

5 ★Wow! Thank god I found this. This is just amazing. It's the whole Half-Life experience. I haven't tried to play with a controller but the on screen controls are not bad, they just feel cluttered. I had a problem running the app but I just re-installed it and it worked fine.

5 ★Good job with emulayed GoldSource engine, you can have 60fps on even super budget phones, not talking about the flagships, but please remove the keyboard and mouse support for games like cs 1.6, or at least for multiplayer mode, it's cheating for those who can connect keyboard and mouse to tye andeoid device, or even play on emulators on pc,tgis is a real trouble

4 ★Very great. The game never lags or does anything wierd. The controls are ok for a moble port. Though sometimes i accidentally shoot or save when i need to load. But other than that its good. Only reason why i give 4 is because instructions for playing mods isnt clear. If anyone knows how please tell me
