4 ★Cool new spin on Dr. Mario. While I usually hate games that throw in all these microtransactions instead of just charging you straight out for the game, I've been playing for quite a while and haven't had to purchase anything. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for the microtransactions
3 ★Great modern take on Dr. Mario with dozens of new doctors and new assistants. Difficultly ramps up quickly requiring specific characters to have a chance at completing a level and eventually not even that will be enough even taking into account bonuses and items. Daily bonus games and weekly summits are always good as is versus mode. Not pay to play or even pay to win but eventually the regular level progression will break you.
5 ★Oh my gosh, where do I even begin? This game is so fun and challenging. The only problem I have is that it's pretty rare to get doctors. Either way, I'm still rating it 5 stars just because of one reason - online multiplayer.
5 ★this game is easy, sure. but soooo fun! really REALLY underated. download RIGHT NOW. this is free, with in game puchases sure, but unlike mario run, you can play the whole game regularly without buying anything. and thats truly amazing.
1 ★Single player is fine, if you enjoy playing for god knows how long unless you pay for the decent stuff. It really takes a long time to unlock characters just by playing. But what gets my back up and annoyed that Nintendo allows it to continue are the cheaters. They are everywhere in VS mode. Sad, pathetic individuals cheating in a basic puzzle game. Says a lot about them, doesn't it?
4 ★I like the game it's a good one but I rated it a four star because of the events they are short and I can't do much and some character's cost money and to get good stuff to get character's anyway good game
5 ★Pretty good game. It's fun to pass the time and the lives regenerate quickly. Haven't experienced any glitches. Can't complain.
2 ★I loved this game but then an update came and now I can't even install the damn thing. Because you can't play the game without an update I would give it five stars if it didn't have an update.
3 ★Sometimes the pull is really slow when you are trying to position the pills. Sometimes they dont respond to the tap to tilt them yet other times they are quick to change. Just quirks that are somewhat annoying.
4 ★Stretches a little far from the original wich isn't too much of a problem although I would've liked a classic mode that was more true to the original.
4 ★After last update the game doesn't even open up. It just sits there at 30% loaded. Looks like they fixed the issue. More stars
2 ★Despite being primarily a single player game and not containing ads, it still requires a strong internet connection and chews data. Being able to play off-line would give it 5 stars
