XSection is a trainer of solid geometry problem solving. It teaches you how to perceive 2D representation of polyhedra, lines, and planes from 3D Euclidean space. All the problems can be solved without complex calculations. The app contains the required theory facts and explanations. If you forgot a definition, you can instantly find it in the app’s glossary.

XSection is a perfect way for students to practice before tests or exams and to improve your spatial imagination. The app will not allow you to create an impossible object: for example, to "intersect" skew lines (which is a typical error when constructing cross sections on paper).

The best way to learn to solve math problems is to solve them a lot.

How to install XSection APK on Android phone or tablet?

Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

3 ★Great game. Definitely challenging at first, but the further I progress, the easier it becomes. I also do not like the fact that I have to wait 4hours to try the next challenge.

4 ★Great game! Except... The 4 hour wait time in between levels for the later chapters is awful! Many times I'd solve the level in a matter of minutes (or even less than a minute) to then have to wait another 4 hours! I wouldn't mind an IAP to remove it, but I was never offered one nor could I find one. Eventually, across many days, I finished every level. It's kind of a shame it doesn't have achievements. Strictly speaking of gameplay, a way of erasing lines would be great.

4 ★Very good work, brilliant really. I would have given it "5" STARS, but for waiting whole 4 hours to carry on higher levels. I know it is still better than nothing for the free version, but too long that many would leave the game time after time. Would be great if you consider rotation of the body, and also find a way to snap the intersection of two lines, sometimes the screen is congested a bit.

5 ★Great little game. It's pretty relaxing and straightforward once you get the hang of it.

4 ★Really makes you think. There are some constraints in order of line entry that don't seem to be explained.

5 ★My favorite of all the euclidea apps, my only gripe is that the difficulty of the levels doesn't always increase so that at certain points in the game you wait four hours for a level that takes 30 seconds to solve. I don't mind waiting since it's free and it stops me from getting too addicted but there should be a reasonable payoff. I also think no rotation is fine, it's frustrating but adds to the mental challenge. Also, there aren't a ton of levels.

4 ★Works pretty nicely. Very interesting. I would agree with some of the other reviews, however, in that some of the text is a bit cursory and rather loosely translated. Generally a cool app though.

3 ★Several of the level descriptions could be at least a bit clearer, and some are outright wrong - e.g. level 9.5, where the word "perpendicular" apparently gains a new meaning. Interface could also be a bit more precise and responsive, but it definitely hasn't been a major issue so far. The last few levels I payed (around 9. Riemann) felt especially rushed - weird choice of projection and/or angles, making it necessary to constantly zoom in and out.

5 ★If you like puzzles this game is for you. Really challenging and endlessly interesting. Definitely my favorite purchase from the play store in the last 3 years

5 ★Good game. I solved the last puzzle. It is easy I hope there's more harder. I suggest adding more shapes like cones and spheres.

3 ★Overall fun, but what really irked me was that they removed the hint button later in the game. The hint button is especially crucial in the later stages because that is when the players are probably going to need more help understanding how to play the game correctly, as it gets more confusing. I think one or two levels are also bugged, or at least very particular about the correct answer.
