شکیلا (زاده ۱۳ اردیبهشت ۱۳۴۱) خواننده ایرانی مقیم سن دیگو است.در ۱۳ اردیبهشت ۱۳۴۱ در خفر ازتوابع شهرستان جهرم به دنیا آمد. وی از همان کودکی شیفته موسیقی شد.کودکی خود را در زادگاه خویش و در بین خانواده و دوستان گذارند، از همان کودکی به موسیقی و ترانه سرایی علاقه مند بود، آن چنان مورد توجه قرار گرفت که در پی آن برای خوانندگی دعوت شد. سن او کم بود و خانواده‌اش هم راضی نبودند، بنابراین به تحصیل ادامه داد و موسیقی را به برنامه‌های مدرسه و مسابقات استعدادهای درخشان محدود کرد. شکیلا تا به امروز شانزده مجموعه موسیقی (شامل چهارده آلبوم استودیویی و دو آلبوم اجرای زنده) به بازار عرضه کرده‌است. وی در ترانه‌ها و آثار خود بیشتر از شعر شعرایی چون مولانا، حافظ، باباطاهر، عراقی استفاده کرده‌است. هم‌چنین برخی از ترانه‌های وی نیز بازخوانی آهنگ‌های قدیمی ایرانی از محمدرضا شجریان، هایده، حمیرا، مرضیه، دلکش، پریسا، رسول نجفیان و مسعود بختیاری است.
در خرداد ماه ۱۳۹۳ دختر پرویز مشکاتیان نسبت به بازخوانی آثار پدرش توسط شکیلا اعتراض کرد و علاوه بر محفوظ بودن حق پیگیری قانونی عنوان کرد که هیچ چیز زجرآور تر از شنیدن هنر پدر در کنار یک صدای فالش نیست. شکیلا در پاسخ اجرای این تصنیف را تکذیب کرد.
