1 ★In the beginning, the game is fun and engaging. The further you get, it just becomes repetitive. There's a mini-game within it, which they tell you is to "hack" clues. It's incredibly repetitive and goes for over 90 levels with the same mini-game. The difficulty increases, but only as a draw to get you to spend $$ for more turns. Not worth the time or frustration. Googled the answers and will be deleting the game.
3 ★The storyline was amazing. I would absolutely play again & most likely will. However, the levels to unlock the conversations are too difficult to pass sometimes & I don't think 5 lives is enough. Granted they are refilled for free in a short time, it still takes WAY too long to beat the game. The other thing is that sometimes it lags, (not normal) & crashes, & I can't collect rewards from the ads. Other than those things, I'd rate it a full five stars. Taking away two stars for two bugs.
1 ★Started great- an enjoyable game. Then the increased extreme difficulty of the mini games to advance was ridiculous. I don't mind a good puzzle- but when the difficulty level goes to playing the mini game 20 times and still not passing it. The momentum of the game is gone. If you're doing that to force people to purchase things within the game. I'm not interested in that. This game is not passable unless you plan on spending money on the mini games to finish the original.
1 ★The app starts off being fun. However, once you get hooked it becomes impossible to get lives in order to continue withiut purchasing more. The mini games become literally impossible to beat and if you pay for extra lives you only get a couple seconds of game play before you need more. I was intereted in the game but it would literally cost a ton of money to get through the whole drawn out story. Such a rip off. would rather pay a couple buvks up front and be able to enjoy the game.
2 ★I would enjoy it more if there were less puzzles. But it is more than intriguing. Very enjoyable. Update - Upon playing further I've discovered that, as expected, the puzzles get more and more difficult. The player, however, gets less and less interaction with the NPC's. To the point where you're spending 10 or 20 times more game time solving puzzles then you are interacting. The in-games are not THAT fun. Not a fair trade off and I've lost interest. Nice story but not that nice.
2 ★havent completed the game, or even gotten very far at all. I started "I Am Innocent" and enjoyed that one a lot, so I thought I'd like to try this while I wait for lives on the other one. but, like so many other players said, the mini games are close to impossible to complete unless you pay to get more turns. like, in the other game, you can actually beat the games with a little bit of strategy and some luck, but this one is just complete luck and it's nearly impossible. kinda sad.
1 ★Pay to play disguised as free. At first, its a nice balance of story immersion and game play. Unless you drop $$$, by the time you collect enough stars to trigger the next minute of story, you won't remember who the characters are. Yet, if you make a purchase, it magically gets easier beat and progress. Progress is *impossible* after you get about 1/2 through the game unless you pay. Save yourself frustration and pass on this one.
4 ★Very interesting game. So far I love it. I did restart the game because I ran into a problem. I ran out of coins and couldn't pass the mini-game to get enough stars to continue the story. My only complaint is that the mini game DOES get a bit difficult!! So I find it almost impossible to finish the whole story unless you of course BUY coins within the game. I'm pretty sure THAT is the whole objective of the developers. So 1 star for that devious ploy on their part. Overall the game is 4-5 stars
2 ★Got boring very quickly because most of the time I was solving puzzles just to continue the story, it seemed interesting, however the puzzles became so tedious and a chore that It was hard for me to come back into the game. I was hoping for an intriguing story but mostly just went through a boring mini game to even experience it. Hopefully this isnt the case in future games so that less people will uninstall and that there wont be a mandatory roadblock that stagnates actual progression.
5 ★I love this game. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The graphics are great the plot is amazing, very easy to follow. I have a life so I the while I am away the lives are gained back so I can play the block game again and continue to unfold the mystery. The difficulty levels of the block game is really nice, also. The only thing I would change is how the daily rewards are given out. I'm not a big fan of how it is now. But congrats on making a great game.
3 ★This game was amazing to start. Love the set up. The hacking is what got me. Its a mini game. You would have like 1 or 2 convos then have to play the mini game to continue. Well the farther you get in, the harder the game. I would be stuck for days at some points and not be able to continue with the storyline. I ended up deleting before I could finish the game. :( But after day 3 of not being able to play I just lost interest.
2 ★Pay to play. Sentence has a good concept to it, and it has a good story line. You do have a short dialogue before having to play the mini games to continue. You're also limited on moves before having to buy coins to keep going or you have to wait to try again. Also you're only alowed to move in a straight line to connect the colors making it really hard to pass the level and gain a star. With the next update maybe the mini games could be made to where you could connect the colors diagonally?
