1 ★Not worth it. First, way too many ads. LONG ads. Like 3 minutes total per patient. Booooo! So I paid the couple bucks for pro, played for a while, and now I'm realizing that you literally can't get to higher levels without using coins. I find that REALLY LAME, since the game is stingy with coins. And I can't even free play with cheats?!?! They want $20 for that.
4 ★Really good game the only issue I have is that when I finish one game I cant load another game ive got to come off and load it up again which is a bit annoying but overall good game.
5 ★I love this app it's very fun. It is easy to play the game without being interrupted by ads every 2 minutes and is just a good game. Definitely would recommend
3 ★So I like this game and it's super fun but it's kinda hard to get more than one star on the missions. I've had a few games where I'm sitting waiting for bio points to show up for like thirty seconds or so and in game time that's a few days. Also getting some of the boosters and recovery factors don't seem to seem to do much. I bought the booster to double points if you collect the germ within a second and it didn't take effect so I lost 50 bio coins.
4 ★Interesting concept, fun and something that usually doesn't take very long to run through a game of when you're killing time (and fake scans of people). I wish it were a little more complex as to the medical problems you can cause and what those, in turn, cause as a domino effect. There are many more wasting or wear and tear medical problems than listed for each system that are pretty common. Hopefully, they're planning to expand. It would allow for a lot more different outcomes and make the game more interesting from a cause and effect perspective.
2 ★The game is fun and easy to play, the only thing that's bugging me is you need to completely shuts off the entire body system, example is the victim could live a long happy life after experiencing total circulatory, respiratory, renal, digestion, and nervous failure because he/she has somewhat functioning skeletal system which is silly considering he/she was already long gone. Other than that this game is fun, unfortunately though I'm not gonna play this again because the mechanics is just silly
5 ★I really like this game....but i told my parnts about it and i got a ligit hour long lecture about life and death and how you shouldnt be happy to kill someone even if they are fake.....so...i was basically forced to delete it
5 ★I really like this game, only reason I gave 4 stars is because the screen is not optimized for my galaxy s10+ so it cuts off on the right side slightly and affects being able to read some things. Please fix this and I will give 5 stars for sure. (update I switched the app to full screen mode and gameplay doesn't seem to be affected so that's a definite 5 stars!)
4 ★It's the best medical game l have experienced so far. The game has so many cool real life situation features. Together with Plague Inc, l would say they make up a good team.
2 ★The game is fun at the start, but is pretty unbalanced at the higher difficulties. You have to use the boosters, and even after using them, you may not win because of the RNG in the game. As a result, you waste a bunch of coins and have to slowly build it again, unless you pay of course. Sometimes, the boosters don't even work and you feel like you wasted coins. It becomes more frustrating, because it takes the strategy out of the game, and you hope for the lucky chance to win because your disease didn't devolve, the victim does a routine doctor visit later, and the flu happens so that you can get more points.
2 ★It was a good game, except for the fact that once you got in the upgrade tree, you would not have an exit button on my phone model. I pressed the back button for a little while until they updated the game. After the update, the back button would kick you out of the game. Please make it playable Samsung S10e. It is a good game and I would like to play it if possible.
1 ★Do NOT buy full game!! They flat out lie about the features you unlock. I purchased the full game so I could unlock the "fast-forward" feature. This is a farce, as the fast-forward button does not increase the speed at which bio points appear, nor does it make the days go by faster. Just trying to trick you to buy full game. Using bio points to slow research seemingly does nothing, and halting research for a "few weeks" or a "month" actually only halts it for a few days (13 or 15, respectively).
