4 ★One of the best trading platforms. However, I'm facing one small issue from past few days. For atleast one Holding, the investment and the Qty shows "0" even though there is some investment and the whole invested value reflects in P/L section as green. This creates a lot of confusion. There seems to be a glitch in the program. Can you guys check it soon?? I wish I had an option to put a screenshot here..!!
1 ★so many cons. 1.The UI is very old type, you cannot get everything under one page.suppose if i opt for one stock and i need to see the past 5 yr data,it redirect me to tikertape.in which also asks me to sign in. 2.Even for MF they have another app called COIN which is worst of all.I rather suggest people,for MF go for KUVERA/GROWW. 3. If i want to see FUNDAMENTAL/ SET AN ALERT/TECHNICAL/ STOCKS REPORT... always it opens new page.why you guys cant put everything under one page?
1 ★Really bad app, I did all the things for kyc, it's showing everything is fine but I didn't get user name and password, not able to login, I thought it will be easy to open the account here, but very bad app. Really don't know what I need to do now. I will wait for some time then I will uninstall. If am trying again for sign up, not getting otp. What they really want I don't know. I have dmate account on grow app as well but they are very simple to use and for kyc also. Feeling helpless here
4 ★Really good App and helped a lot with lot of stock information in quick touch, quite better and user friendly than the trading app I was using before But however the look and feel of the app seems need upgrade to able to see more data on the secreen and what I see on watchlist there is too much of screen space wasted and could contain more number of stock than I need to scroll. I have some idea about that but I am not sure whom to contact.
5 ★Very good platform for trading. Defintely good for beginners Chargers are compititive. Regarding platform: stocks which are in kite should show default and the options required to select small case or coin and so on...it would be bettervif you add. Option charges also now a days some are offering at 15 rupees which is not available in zerodha
2 ★3 SUGGESTIONS 1. Please include current price and percentage change on the chart. 2. If we click on a stocks in watch list it is first going to market depth and all which are not required primarily rather than chart view. So if it directly go to charts that will save time and user-friendly 3. Also in order placing window only price is shown. Please include percentage change also. If you implement these suggestions your App will be awesome. Additionally Upstox is having all these features
3 ★The app is so amazing ....I loved it ...the speed and clear view of the charts ...made me good .....but this restrictions on OIs for options trading is very difficult I am a options trader ....but I can't execute all what Ever oi I want ...that's y I am giving 3rates only for the awesome easy app....if u keep on dancing for sebi rules...one day all your customers say bye bye ....need to balance both of the trading activities
1 ★IQ chart is showing wrong data as compared to some other charting tools like kite trading view chart and with trading view chart. Also sometimes iq chart stucked in the middle. Always i refresh the page to get the current chart and price value. This is not acceptable. This happening in web app when we open chart as popup to new tab.
3 ★Unable to open console from holdings page. Also app giving trouble during CDSL Authorization whereas it is happening flawlessly in the website. Error showing connection timeout is shown frequently. Ps: both phone and laptop are used in same network, so I dont think it is network issue but app issue only
1 ★Old version was absolutely amazing but this version has a bug that is irritating me to the limit. I am not able to see the price of the stocks in my watch list and not even the bid and selling price and it's affecting my purchase and sales drastically. Fix this bug ASAP!!
2 ★Everytime I reopen app from background. I get black screen. It accepts all touch and everything but screen is blank. If I minimise and reopen it again I can see app with last touch actions. Very bad experience. It happens a the time.
1 ★Editing review after facing some silly(frustrating) things about services. I am trying to update my segment since 3 4 times,but it still getting rejection and giving silly reasons. Other broking services far better than zerodha in terms of support. I'm attaching bank statements which provided by my bank on registered mail. And u guys saying that we need stamp of bank on it . Seriously?? 🖕🖕🖕
