5 ★Of most of these volume boost apps for android and other things tablets, pc, phone...etc.....this one is great in my opinion and its simple and works quite well of course it has a few adds but whadya expect tho from a free app. Fairly certain if you wanted to buy it it would more than likely cut out adds !! I think its a great price and doesn't freeze or glitch out and can easily run over dif apps or in the background whichever you prefer...
5 ★I 'm cool with it as long as it doesn't cut out on me every few minutes like the last app I tried. Maybe they were worried I would go deaf after 10 seconds but why offer the volume boost then? I think at the age of 51 I can decide for myself if it's too loud. I will continue to use this app if you don't worry and remind me constantly of how loud my music is. I'm an adult and can think for myself. AND DON'T BOMBARD ME WITH ADS!!! Thanks
1 ★Just a space occupier and a unnecessary data user (if you don't have unlimited data); using it on a high dollar Bluetooth speaker or [Bluetooth] headphones, that's a whole different story, altogether. Take a note, however, this app WILL NOT boost your sound past a device's limits; limits I might add, that ONLY the manufacturer knows. So, good luck, but don't be surprised if none of these apps fail to live up to their "namesakes".
1 ★Hardly ever works. I have to press the buttons several times, close out of the app, close every app, reopen it several times. Then sometimes, it just randomly works. Or sometimes it wont work no matter what I do and I have to uninstall and reinstall and do it all again, and that usually will eventually work. Crazy annoying, terrible app.
2 ★When I tap on max button it will not let me off unless I close the app, that really really sucks, and I'm just trying to figure this app out using my earbuds. I do agree with the writer aged 51 yrs that a person should able to decide what volume is too loud or not, because I'm 60 yrs. I've no idea if this app will be any good or not and my device (sgs8+). I just now downloaded this app, no idea how good/bad it is so I'll try not to rate it. Fine I give to 2 stars just to do something with it no.
2 ★It worked great for me for about 2 weeks to boost recordings for Wyze Cameras. Now it suddenly doesn't work at all. Thought it was just with Wyze, nope, nothing is boosted! Not sure what happened here. Switching to Volume Booster, free, works with Wyze, YouTube, Spotify, everything. This simply stopped working. App is so bad, look at all the FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS with one word each. Terrible. App Does Not Work. Paid for FAKE REVIEWS. Too many ads.
4 ★Hello Dev. My name is Jason. Im running this app on an LG Pheonix 4 (AT&T) Android 8.1.0. For this review, I have the Dev. Options in my settings disabled as well..I am pleased to find an app that actually boosts the reverb of the weak volume levels in this LG. Instead of trying to boost the volume level only after the phones main meter is turned up to 100%. In your app I can turn the boost up to say 36% or 43% & that boosts the main for the entire phone.
5 ★It works quite well. If it ain't workin on your phone you're probly doing something wrong or your phone is weird. Of course the louder the volume the more distorted the sound but thats cuz youre boosting sound on your itty bitty yellow polka dot bikini phone speakers. Love this app. Been very useful for those super quiet videos we all come across.
5 ★I needed extra volume because it gets loud at my job and listening to something that's important without being able to watch it because it's being held up to your ear is not quite what i want to have to do so i downloaded this app and let me tell you the difference is absolutely wonderful and it's easy to use... It does exactly what it tell you it does and so im giving this app 5 starts!
2 ★It works, I'll give it that. But after I close the app, and even if I keep it open, at random intervals it'll blast my ears with an audio file (It's not my music, I closed that) and it gives me a semi-heart attack each time. Leaving this here mostly because I don't want to download this a 3rd time wondering what's wrong with it.
3 ★Does it's job....95% of the time. This app is not consistent. It will work fine, then suddenly it cuts out and your volume returns to normal. The only solution is to force close the app and start over. This is irritating. This would be a 5-star app. But until they provide a fix for this known issue it's 3 stars from me.
3 ★A great app, would give it more stars if the app stopped dropping out, after the last update the app stops boosting the volume & you have to keep going back to the app to click normal then boost to the setting you want, it was working perfectly befire the update, the only other thing is it make the sound distort the bass, it needs a equalizer to stop the distortion.
