2 ★I love neopets, and I've been playing for about a decade. I was excited when I heard that they were making an app. Unfortunately, I've been left disappointed. It's extremely crashy, and the crashes cause loss of progress, and sometimes items. I've bought rare summons tokens twice, and both times they crashed the game, causing me to lose the tokens and the gems that I used. I would like to see this app succeed, but until the crashing and glitches are fixed, it's an addicting, but broken app.
2 ★The UI is a disaster. There is no backstory given and the tutorial is lacking. I don't want to buy gems and that is thrown in my face a lot. If I were to earn rewards on my NEOPETS account (like Ghoul Catchers), I'd be more inclined to play. Otherwise just a lackluster, generic game. Please put your financial resources into the website :(
2 ★As a person who has played Neopets for nearly 15 years, I was excited for a new game. But this game is missing quite a few fine details to make it as good as the website or previous app. They have made it very reliant on boosters and paid-for items and I don't get many vowels to make complete words. There is also no way you can link up to your Neopets account to earn Neopoints or items. I am very disappointed in this new game, thanks JumpStart & The Neopets Team
4 ★I truly enjoy this game. My Fiance and I play together. It is glitchy but, still fun. my only actual issue is that I have trouble placing tiles. I'm not sure if its the game or my screen though.

2 ★Should've put a big BETA tag somewhere, oof. This game is buggy, there's not much content, there's no link to regular Neopets, character customization is dull, 100-ish of my gems are missing, it's way too hard AND grindy for a kids game, and there's no animations for anything. Honestly the only things that kept me from giving it a single star is that the idea of a Scrabble RPG is neat and that the characters look good. Hoping the game improves, because this game is right up my alley.
1 ★No no no, this is not neopets at all. This is one game with a bit of a story. Your time is better invested in bringing the original neopets back to life. Bring that to the phone world or better yet... get rid of flash, so android users can play the games on their devices. Make a more independent app like ghouls but with more game choices, and more rewards for your browser account. Best of both worlds, bring desktop and app together don't abandon what made neopets so great in the first place!
3 ★Once I found out that after the app crashes and it resets you back to a new account, and all you need to do was hit the settings button, choose register, and then the option to log in was on that new screen, I could deal with the crashes. Overall I enjoy the game itself. I did have to read outside tutorials because this one was REALLY lacking. There needed to be more content released right away because currently there's no way to max out Earth pets. It's grindy and that could turn away some ppl
