2 ★the game will randomly restart and force me back to level one, but I will still have all of my levels. I can still use the characters I already had in the base but they are locked and I am unable to actually play with them. The amount of adds is insane and exing out of them is practically a mini game in and of itself. I once counted 20 adds in a row, just to see how far it would go. I actually enjoy gameplay, but the adds and bugs make it unusable.
3 ★I like the controls anf the graphic and everything but if I don't play for a while, sometimes I find that my progress is all erased even though my level is the same. Very annoying. I have to start at the very beginning over and over again.
1 ★Frustrating, played a little and liked it, got the "daily deal" for acharacter no ads and infinite energy. Game began crashing immediatelyafter, so I reinstalled, and lost all purchases. Contacted support, andafter a few days they partially restored my purchase. While I'm supposed tobe ad free, I still get ads, and my purchases don't sync. I brought to playon my shieldTV but since they sent an email link, the partial restore wentto my phone but can't get it on my TV... I wasted my money

1 ★bad online storage solution and awful support. purchased several Items, but lost all my progress because of how the cloud savegame backup works. So write to the creater, but they do have no intention to help. thanks for nothing...
3 ★The game itself is great but it has a ton of problems. The ads of course, there are just way too many. They sometimes pop up midgame and freeze the game. Often I'll open up a level and can't push any buttons. It would also be great if you guys would add checkpoints like in the first one.
3 ★Good game with some problems: so many adds I can't even open the game, and there's never any way to get a new character to play as. One time the entire game reset so I had to start everything over. When it works though, the games super fun!
1 ★Decent game but out of nowhere I lose my level progress. I kept everything else just all the levels I beat and back at 1-1. Lame/uninstall EDIT: So I beat many levels again only to have to start back at the first level because of this buggy game. I am done here
5 ★Great game, BUT... I'd just reached 3-2 and i was really getting into it but today. My characters and equipment stayed but my progress through the levels has gone! Plz fix this :(
1 ★Game play is great until you get so inudated with ads that it freezes thr app and you have to start over. It also gets into an endless ad loop. I counted 12 ad pop ups in a row before I turned it off. Dial back the ads and fix the glitches.
1 ★was enjoying this. I played for nearly a week and was up to the snow area and your game DELETED all my saved progress. It still says I am level 6 but I have no coins, no diamonds and lost all my upgrades on the houses. 😡😡
3 ★At first, I thought this was gonna be a pretty awesome game. But turned out halfway through it didn't really seem like it. Everytime I go in the game, ads will pop out everywhere! Not once, but not twice either. After I clicked off the ad, a second one pops out and it keeps going on and on repeatedly. I can barely even click on the level I was going for! I hope you can fix what's going on right now. The game is actually really great it's just those ads came out from, nowhere!
