5 ★I never write reviews, but this just needed one. it's perfect in pretty much every way — the user friendliness, the plot, and the gameplay itself are all spectacular. it progresses swiftly, but not too swiftly. the visuals are lovely as well. my only complaint is that when you take an in-game screenshot that you become able to save it directly to your device.
5 ★A wonderful game. Probably one of the best mobile games out there. The story is interesting and the gameplay is straight forward yet intriguing. There are no forced ads, which is a definite plus. The ads you are shown are brief and don't disrupt normal gameplay or eliminate illusion. There also brief, optional ads that you can watch for rewards. These, at least in my experience, are clean and minimally invasive. I've thoroughly enjoyed this game and have achieved every ending.
5 ★Beautiful game, with a very nice psychological and philosophical theme, beautiful art and music. The game asks you both abstract and direct questions to determine the inner workings of your mind, and it lands its conclusions perfectly. A fantastic experience of thought and self-discovery that is very well executed. P.S: Es is waifu.
5 ★Fair warning: It's really grindy at the beginning I couldn't make much progress without watching a ton of ads in exchange of the game's currency. Other than that the game has some good book recommendations that I'll definitely check out later and Es is a national treasure in my opinion. I love Es and I wish that there would more dialog at the end game after the AE ending added. Other than that it was a good experience and I did enjoy it.
5 ★Finding a game that touches on metaphysics, and does it so brilliantly, is incredible. I am glad I took the time to play it. The tests were insightful and accurate, as long as you are truthful. Es herself was a compelling and well designed character. Though the options were limited, the game was very lively, despite being a idle game. I recommend this highly.
5 ★Wonderful. The art/aesthetic is what drew me to the game with it mainly being monochromatic except for the blue butterflies. However this game makes you think about yourself and reflect on who you are with it's quizzes and stories. The characters are wonderful and it is quite easy to get multiple endings as well as the fact it is totally free! If you want to self reflect for a day or two and read a tragic and heartwarming story then please play this game.
5 ★This is a fantastic game. The writing is great, it's not too tedious, the music is lovely, it's definitely interesting...I could wax poetic for more characters than I have alloted to me. Thank you Devs for making a pleasant, introspective, artistically lovely game. The only flaw is the ads, and the way they break the aesthetic. But I understand it's to make money so I could not tally that against this. Great job!
3 ★Interesting idle psychology game with several choices and endings. I also like the art and character design eventhough Es felt like a generic character trying so hard to seem unique or different but overall, she was ok. I liked the facade as a character more, however. Now for things I disliked: 1- The whispers that you click resemble visual subliminals in some way which I find both unsettling & suspicious. 2-When Es asks the user (us) to write what bothers them which felt invasive or pushy.
4 ★This was an interesting game, nothing like a have played before. It really did make you reflect but not on yourself, I reflected on if the programed dialogue and code really does exist. Like is that video game I spent hours on does it really exist. And say if I were a program would I know it. It really is an interesting game I got the ending where ES looses her mind basically. I recommend it for a philosophic dive into a world of pixels in your phone. But not for re-discovery
5 ★Lovely music, lovely art, lovely story. I was quite quick to finish so I ended up watching a lot of ads, but they're all optional minus a small bar at the bottom that doesn't obstruct gameplay in the slightest. They're mostly really useful for redoing scenarios, or getting extra in-game currency if you're trying to progress quickly. The story lived in my head for a long time, and visiting Es's room was always a pleasure because the song was lovely. <3 Simply put, it's a lovely game to play :]
5 ★Overall a smooth game, with a self discovery element. It really helped me find out who i was, and helped me see what I needed to change to live a better, happier life. It has accurate results too, which is all the better. The design is flawless, and the graphics are amazing. 10/10 would recommend!
5 ★I was worried the game was pretentious metaphilosophical trash. I was relieved. This game is a slight detour into the self and catharsis, wrapped in a clicker game. It may or may not realign your bearings - that's fine, it's not a therapist. But it does expose you to a lot of reading material in references that may change your thinking. Or not. I don't know, I'm just a brain in a vat or something.
