1 ★Not well managed app. No response to customer, could not find my bank to link, login errors, could not renew dmat and meroshare accounts, errors everywhere. Fix your app.
1 ★Very very bad customer support....I only gave only 1 star because just for contact no change esewa tooks 5 6 days and still it's in pending when ever I call n ask I have to explain complete whole Ramayana to diffrent telecaller and at last movement same ans Huss huss haami herdinchu aaja wait garnus ki arko department layi forward bhayisakeko cha..very disappointed... At last khalti is better then esewa I found....
5 ★Good app. But i have some issue regarding Total Balance. Everytime i refresh amount will be "XXXX". Its need to tap again and again to show balance. Make a way that can set from settings those peoples doesn't like.
4 ★Why it is not working(i.e.loading of homepage) on wifi but on data on my device?🤣 I have to turn on mobile data everytime i have to transact. Is it with me only?

1 ★Tried esewa because my bank app wasn't working today. Deposited this huge sum and it went smooth. I guess as long as you are depositing cash on esewa its not going to ask you for anything. But as soon as I tried to pay my kids school fees it said that was above my limit. Customer service told me to update my Kyc and after that it was going to work after an hour. Waited for 2 hrs, and tried it, but the same problem. I called again they said asap. 26hrs later I m still waiting.. Thanks Nosewa

1 ★Everything is fine but need to focus on customer service more , and you are not alone in competition of payment gateway so try to make more beneficial for your customer in terms of service , option , ui friendly , quality , more offers i mean better then others , why i choose rather then other app becuase they gave me same cashback and same service i know you have large merchent panel but i belong outside valley so can you tell me how many of your merchent provide service outside valley ? .
