1 ★Downloaded, got my free trial, and then it immediately needed to download another file update and it won't download. It keeps popping up "sorry problem with network, please try connecting to a WiFi network and restarting your game" when I'm already connected to my home WiFi with a strong signal and it's working fine with all my other apps. I even tried closing, forcing stop the app, a few times and even when that didn't work, I tried deleting cache & cookies on my browser and even uninstalling and reinstalling it and same issue...
5 ★The one-star ratings are insanely inaccurate. This is probably one of the best games on Android's whole ecosystem. It performs flawless on my Galaxy Note 9, LG K20 Plus and an old Samsung Galaxy Tab A. No one should complain about subscribing because new content is frequently being added. So long as NEW fun content is added frequently I don't mind subscribing. Totally a great app. People should mature their attitudes over this game and quit complaining about paying.
2 ★Ridiculous price for an app. It's really cool but subscription for this instead of one time fee when there is so much out there is insane to me. If they ever change it to one time fee I will pay, play, and change review. Till then we are playing different apps.
1 ★Terrible, terrible, terrible. I have paid for an annual subscription but the developers of this app have not allowed family payment methods for parental control. So I have paid money and it will not work on my child's tablet. It's not compatible with Google Family Link. How do you develop a children's app that will not allow a subscription under parental controls?
2 ★I tried multiple times to subscribe on my son's tablet. Wouldn't let me, always errors and would freeze. So I subscribed from my Google account thinking I could family share it to him. Not only can I not family share, I can't even make the subscription work on my device under my account. It shows I'm subscribed but won't unlock the features. I'm so frustrated with this game. My 5 year old just wants to play the full version on his device. Why is this so hard?
1 ★I paid for a month subscription and decided to just do the one month so I canceled. When I canceled it said that I could continue using the app as my subscription is paid until December 26th but this is not the case and my child is unable to use the app. It's asking for me to pay and subscribe again. I have emailed and gotten no response. Highly disappointed.
4 ★Generally love the app but started having issues with it this past week finally I uninstalled and reinstalled hoping that'd fix the problems and it did but it deleted all of my sons pets, artwork, and creative points was just hoping I could get some help getting all of these things back. I tried emailing and texting and visiting the website but email address doesnt exist, text and calls aren't going through till after Christmas and the web link is invalid as well.
3 ★I give you the five star Park Forest art but in the games that Scoops you can't even starts cubes as in the hatchimals I just made me think about what years would be careful and other than that but it's a good game but in the gallery be careful with crayons because where you color it has it goes out of the line so if you want to make a perfect artwork this is not good for you but if you want to make like like fancy or like gradient is good for you.! And you can get surprises if you work hard enough and you feel the line on top.
1 ★The play store ad was VERY misleading for this app. It appears free with subscription options. "A 7 day free trial is included with subscriptions. Subscription options include Monthly or Yearly periods. Monthly subscriptions are charged once per month and Yearly subscriptions are charged once per year. ". No where does it indicate you are REQUIRED to subscribe. Very disappointed. My daughter was enjoying this app.
1 ★Too many problems and wish it gave an option to sign on seeing as we have more than one child. But either way it's not working so paid the $27 for a year in April and don't have the ability to use it any longer and it's only Sep. *UPDATE-In response to the reply from the company. This portion below is copied from your app details.. "Can the Crayola Create and Play Subscription be shared on multiple devices? Subscriptions are a type of content that cannot be shared through Family Sharing."
1 ★This app is RIDICULOUS! I could not afford to pay the yearly subscription but my sister decided to buy my son the subscription. I told her the price and she agreed. Then when I installed the app again, the prices went up for yearly and monthly! Seriously messed because my son loved this app.
1 ★Worst app you have to pay every month to use it! My child uses it once a month if that so everytime he wants to color a few pictures i have to pay another monthly payment. Waste of money it should be a ONE TIME PAYMENT to color pictures!! Money hungry companies cant give anyone a break
