3 ★the controls are a real pain. It's so hard to control the ship. Also I've noticed that the game drains battery VERY fast. Too bad.
3 ★I really like the look of the game so far, don't understand how to get my ship to shoot though. I've toggled the auto shoot thing on the bottom right and selected target ship but no shooting happens. Heelppp
5 ★Rewriting my review. I have to eat my words as Halfgeek was amazing with a response to all my gripes that turned out to be just me not playing around in the settings enough and playing far enough in. Great game, great developer! Keep up the great work guys!
5 ★I don't see why its balanced than the max power I can get is cruiser only because I didn't choose get punished after death. how about if I complete rougelike it enables capital mission on the other difficulties. I have an rougelike pilot its fun but sometimes you just want to have fun with a game without the pressure of if a zerker comes you are dead and all your work is lost PD: now that I think about it. capitals can only be obtained if you are not a pirate. That's a little unbalanced for pirates don't you think, its a sandbox after all
1 ★Game has incredible potential, but the controls are terrible. The center should have a movement deadzone to allow the ship to rotate without translating. Then the farther you drag your finger from center of the control circle it should adjust your translation velocity. Additionally, there should be an option to disable the auto-pilot. Let me know when you fix this. [Update] Controls are still terrible because you cannot rotate without moving forward like you can like other games in the genre.
1 ★Paid my money, went through tutorial twice and got a ship with no ammo. Went to planet, have insufficient credits to buy missiles. No access to settings, a total waste of time.
4 ★Love this game, only downside is that I'm really not too keen on the controls... In combat I keep unselecting targets when changing directions. Ship movement is fine... until you're trying to collect a life pod next to you or you fly past the wormhole and gotta do a doughnut in space instead of just reversing other than that, great lil game. Gotta questions though... How does one "use LMB" to check merchant guild prices on the star map...? Lol so far the merchant guild fee isn't worth it, as I can't view the prices o.O
5 ★This is one of the best games I've played on a mobile device. A great sandbox game where everything you do will have an effect on the game world. You do whatever you want. There is no right or wrong choices. It's not a one-man-show game where you can take everything down on your own. You start off weak and vulnerable. You earn credits resolving conflicts, planetary crisis, or taking down pirates. The game picks up once you can afford new ships and modules. You then choose who to side with and wipe out their enemies in a planetary conquest. The ships from across all factions are surprisingly very well balanced. All of this is done by a single developer and he has out-done most big companies in terms of originality, lore, depth, replayability and customer support. Hats off!
4 ★Will not start, shows startup screen, flashes white then white bar appears at bottom of screen and black screen above it, would like a fix or refund, cannot refund through Google due to it refunding right when I bought it so I bought it again, EDIT: Apologies, just took it a while to load
5 ★Complex, experience curve, responsive dev (response via email, with advice in less time then cooking dinner). His response had zero hint of snob, pure "here's a hint, friend". It'll never be uninstalled, a daily adventure and possibly the best money spent on a android game. But F*** my fat fingers on a 5inch screen trying to launch missiles... Every engagement I unlock a target by clicking in the area around the button.. It's unfortunate that the game is 100% and it couldn't be edited to exclude that area of the screen from a unlocking issue. In the end, brilliant. I can't wait for the next!
3 ★It freezes on asking me to proceed on the UI basics. Turns out that the confirm and deny options blend into the background including the red one as I am slightly colour blind.
3 ★The font at the beginning of the game (where you select "new game" or "options") looks awful on a small screen. Or at least on my S7 anyway. It's blurry and very hard to read. A lot of the icons need their opacity turned way up and a size increase imo. Good game, lots of potential, but some tweaks here and there would make it great. Edit: tried the alternate flight controls and it felt much better so I removed my bit about the controls.
