Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

5 ★Top app
1 ★Same problem as others. Used with PocketCasts, only turns it on for amoment and does not continue playing. Worked when I tested it, but didn'twork this morning making me late for work!!!
2 ★I use pocketcasts. It used to work great but now it only plays half asecond or so before stopping. 5/5 beforehand, terrible now. Please fix thisto be useful again.
1 ★Doesn't work! Why did I spend money on this? It just opens the podcast app but doesn't play so defeats the point entirely!
2 ★Opens PocketCast correctly when the alarm is supposed to go off, but only plays the audio for half a second before pausing. On Nexus 6p.
1 ★When I first tried to use it I rated 3 stars and wrote this: It looks a little vague. "Can I schedule a specific podcast for different days to be my alarm? I don't just want it to play a random episode, I want to be able to hear the newest episodes of different podcasts on different days." Having used it every day since, I have to bring it down because half the time it doesn't actually play a podcast it just says that castbox is playing, but no sound is coming out and it doesn't wake me. I have a podcast in my queue in castbox and I don't know what I've done differently any time it's worked or it hasn't. Unclear and unreliable.
4 ★Podcasts don't auto play when the alarm goes so kind of makes that functionality useless
5 ★Vague but not difficult. Does what it should.
5 ★Heard about this on AAA - it's a brilliant I never know I wanted, but love!
5 ★Great app that does something I always wanted. The design could be a bit refined but it's quite good as it is
5 ★It works
5 ★Just what I wanted.
