The Quest is a beautifully hand-drawn open world role playing game with old school grid-based movement and turn based combat.
In the kingdom of Monares trouble is brewing. The governor of Freymore is missing and the island is in tumult. The mages all prophesy a dark shadow looming over the safety of the kingdom. As an Agent of the king, it's your job to find out what is happening and avert any danger.
Choose from five customizable races and an array of skills, weapons, armor and enchantments, and explore a huge world of four cities and a wilderness of mountains, caves, lakes and forests – full of mystery, magic and intriguing challenges. Meet the many inhabitants, each with its own agenda and attitude towards your character. Some will be helpful, some greedy or lascivious or just plain mean. You will have many choices, including some that may place you against the law, along your way to the dramatic ending of your own choosing.
Key Features:
- Pursue a long and dramatic main story and solve many optional side quests. - Create a highly customizable character and cast dazzling spells, enchant powerful items, concoct potent potions and persuade people to further your goals. - Discover an open world with interesting locales, day/night cycle, weather, fascinating people, dangerous creatures, readable books, pick-able locks, repairable items, houses that can be broken into, dungeons, traps and much more. - Play an absorbing card game with three different decks, accessible at the inns.

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

5 ★Probably one of the best games I've ever played on mobile, deep story, fun and challenging combat, hard puzzles that sometimes will make you never want to play again lol only problem I have with the game is that even in the expansions the weapons are all the exact same, new weapon drawings please!!! Other than that buy this game and be prepared to spend a lot of time playing!
3 ★This game is a very nice, classic RPG moderniszed. My biggest complaint is that it is very challenging, which ruins the whole experience. I can't make it much further than the begining town due to scarce healing, and very tough enemies. You can only rest if you have food, and water. Therefore there is waay too much work to stay alive.
5 ★Phenomenal. So much depth, and so much nostalgia. It feels like an old D&D PC game, but has as much depth and open world-ness as the latest Elder Scrolls game. I've been playing The Quest and it's expansions since about 2008 when it was an iPhone exclusive. I still haven't seen everything there is to be seen, or done everything there is to do.
5 ★I'm loving this game. I bought it for android and pc. The gameplay is simple. The quests are simple yet challenging at the sametime. You have to think outside the box a little bit. It's a little overwhelming when you first start especially if you are used to more modern rpgs. The game seems to have a decent following and has some good forums to read and learn how the game works. The world is well laid out. it is small but there are a ton of expansions you can buy.Not sure what those are like yet
5 ★Absolutely love it. It's extremely Daggerfall like. You can shape your character to completely suit your play style (I.e. plate wearing mage with a 2h sword), travel the world in no particular order and decide whether you wanna be good or evil on your own. Magic isn't as open ended as Daggerfalls insane system was, but you can enchant your gear with a ton of different effects, again to boost your particular play style.
5 ★A really great and immersive old school rpg. I was a little put off by the controls and still find them "slightly" clunky. Now the good... the game doesn't drain my battery and runs very nicely on my Asus ROG phone. There is enough story here to keep you entertained for months. Battle is fun for a first person 2D rpg. The sound is excellent, no noticeable high pitched noise with headphones. For an Android game this one is really 5*. I will definitely be grabbing the expansions! Great job devs!
5 ★I remember playing the classic version on my iPod touch years ago, and I really liked the classic graphics and compressed music, so I was very hesitant on getting the remastered version....but THIS, ladies and gentleman, THIS is EXACTLY how you do remasters of your games. It still holds that essence of The Quest that I adored in 2012, and the graphics are lovingly painted just as they were back then. Redshift are awesome as they always are. Thank you guys, I genuinely hope for the best of you.
5 ★I remember this game from 10 years ago in my iPhone. It came out before you were bombarded with ads and update demands and were required to be constantly connected. It's a much more authentic old school PC RPGs experience than anything I have seen on a phone, and more elder scrolls like than even elder scrolls blades. I love this game.
5 ★Great game reminds me of playing old console rpg games only with better graphics and portability making it more fun. Although a controller would make it more engaging if you can put down the phone and play at the prefered distance your comfortable not to mention touching on screen arrows can be confusing sometimes. Hope the expansions go on sale or in bundle pack discount.
5 ★A very well made and accessible adventure that evokes some classic RPGs. It reminded me of Elder Scrolls: Daggerfall but was still down to earth enough to actually finish the game and not get lost struggling with controls. I also loved that you could play in either portrait or landscape modes. Admittingly the combat got a little stale by the end, but as a sword and shield character it was expected. Thankfully magic wands let you mix and match spells without having to redo your character.
3 ★i just got this game but my first impression: it seems like a fun game. though i havent progressed very far (yet), the story seems interesting and it seems like theres a good variety of classes and playstyles. It would be nice if the game had a tutorial...i was a bit lost/confused before i figured out how to access the questlog. the controls are okay but far from ideal and could do with some tweaking. as others have pointed out, it would be nice if this game supported controllers and gamepads
4 ★Pretty fun! Might take a couple fresh starts to get a hang of the combat and decide what kind of fighter you want to be. I notice there is quite a lot of DLC for the game. Maybe offer bundle back? Looked like there are around 10 that you have to buy individually through the app store
