Welcome to Shibuya, a mishmash of attitudes and styles in the heart of Tokyo.
A boy named Neku wakes up in a crowded intersection, alone and unaware of how he got there. Then, he receives a weird text: “Clear this mission...or face erasure.” With that, Neku is thrust into a life-or-death game that sends him scrambling down streets paved with one riddle after another...
What is the Reaper’s Game? Why is Neku a Player, and what is he playing for? Will the Game really end if he survives all seven days? Another mystery is always around the corner.

5 ★amazing game on every system. i would, however, like a continuous music mode. I want to purchase some of the music in the reaper shop, but you only hear CDs in phone menu.
3 ★Rather unfortunate marketing. Kingdom Hearts 3 ends with hints at Shibuya, the setting of The World Ends With You, both Square Eqnix games. Had the devs updated this game to work with newer versions of iOS and Android, they would have seen a resurgence in sales after KH3. Unfortunate. 3 stars because I did play on the DS. Never did finish it, though...
1 ★Changed phone and apparently it didn't even upload the save file to Google, all progress just gone like that
5 ★played this game as a child and absolutely loved it. So here I am, playing this remaster and I couldn't be more happier on how it came out. My only beef is there isn't any cloud saving. And I just got a new phone. Big yikes....

4 ★One of my favorite games of all time. My biggest issue with the game is the lack of cloud saving. Overall a good port that fixes some issues with the original.
4 ★One of my personal favorite RPGs. Unique Gameplay, great music, solid writing (though, a bit dated.) There are a couple mechanics in the non-combat sections that could have seen more use, but otherwise a very solid jrpg.

2 ★Just bought this (2020), psyched to revisit the game. But it hasn't been touched since 2015 and has issues on current versions of Android. Give us an update! Especially if it's the Final Remix port! Would gladly buy then.
1 ★Spent nearly 20$ for a almost decade old game just for the stylus to stop working for combat... no one WANTS to use their finger when they have an S pen. And why the game supports S pen in the ENTIRE game EXCEPT for combat is a major problem
5 ★For a remake for the phone this is amazing, couldn't have asked for more. edit. still playing today just got a new phone and downloaded it again.
