Nicky Nastitie Karya Dewi dikenal dengan nama Nicky Astria (lahir di Bandung, 18 Oktober 1967; umur 51 tahun) adalah seorang penyanyi rock berkebangsaan Indonesia. Nicky terkenal dengan tembangnya yang bertajuk “Panggung Sandiwara”.
Nicky Astria memiliki darah Sunda dari kedua orang tuanya. Ayahnya bernama Tatang Kosasih Wirahadimaja dan ibunya bernama Andrina Heryat. Bakat Nicky sebagai penyanyi ditemukan oleh sang legenda gitaris rock bernama Ian Antono pada sebuah malam ekspresi seni antar-SMA. Beberapa tembang lagu yang melambungkan namanya adalah Tangan-tangan Setan, Jarum Neraka, dan Pijar.
Nicky pernah menikah dengan Satria Kamal, atau lebih akrab dengan panggilan Mamay. Namun pernikahan ini harus kandas, diduga orang ketiga menjadi penyebab kandasnya pernikahan mereka.[1] Mereka dikaruniai tiga orang anak, Zana Chobhita Arethusa (1993), Bhatari Hana Amadea (1998), dan Oliver Muhammad Fadhurachman (2000). Nicky pun menikah lagi dengan Hendra Priyadi Sumartoyo, seorang pemilik studio musik, pada 21 Juni 2003. Bernasib sama dengan pernikahan pertamanya, pernikahan ini hanya bertahan 15 bulan, dan mereka bercerai pada September 2004.
Tak lama kemudian, Nicky menikah untuk yang ketiga kalinya dengan Gunanta Afrima pada Juli 2005.[2] Dan pada 4 April 2007 pukul 20.44 WIB, Nicky melahirkan anak keempatnya yang diberi nama Kaia Nicolee Muqoddisa (Oika) di Rumah Sakit Pondok Indah (RSPI), Jakarta Selatan. Bayi perempuan yang lahir secara caesar itu memiliki panjang 46 cm dan berat 2,68 kg
