Play a strategic simulation of an infectious disease spreading around the world - begin your own global pandemic.Choose a country you want to start your infection in and begin your pandemic. Gain evolution points and upgrade your disease's symptoms, transmission routes and resistance to external factors.
Develop your own strategy to win the game - the possibilities are unlimited. The disease can spread to neighboring countries across the borders, on a plane or on a ship, and even migrating birds can contribute.
Occasionally natural disasters happen - choose the country you want the disaster to start in, and automatically help your disease to spread abroad.
You can play with one of following pathogens, each unlocked one after another: Bacteria, Virus, Protozoa, Parasite, Fungus, Prion, Extraterrestrial, Zombie or create your own custom pathogenic organism.
Watch out, as humanity will try to do whatever they can to stop your disease from spreading. After they classify the disease as an epidemic danger, they will start developing a vaccine that can provide immunity to the disease and thus save them.
There are 2 gamemodes! You can also play as Humanity, where a pathogen is the enemy, and take your chances in saving people from extinction. You will be able to close borders, airports and seaports, as well as upgrade disease prevention methods or even use United Nations missions. The goal is to develop a vaccine and save as many as possible.

5 ★Hey, yeah. I've played the game once and I'm totally taken by it, but could it be possible to maybe add a Simulator/Spectator* or a Sandbox** mode? *Where you can watch the world burn by an AI pathogen **Where you have unlimited points and can do whatever you want. Thanks for reading this.
3 ★Fun to play at first, but it seems there is no difference in the way to play with the different infections. I don't see any difference in using different strategies. All the upgrades do the same thing no matter what kind of infection you're playing with. Gets old fast. Would be nice if each infection had it's own special traits in the upgrades.
5 ★Great game. Even with coronavirus going on around the globe right now i'm having fun killing time playing this while in isolation with symptoms. Thanks for making this free. It's a bit like Plague Inc but free, and you can either help or hinder humanity, both modes are fun and interesting. I found there were a lot of options and strategies however you choose to play. Thanks to the devs for giving me something to do during this difficult time, and for making it entirely free.
5 ★Prion was a big challenge, but I've had lots of fun. Clever visualization of symptoms, like migrating flocks of birds turning red when infected, have been delightful. If you've played other pandemic simulators like Plague Inc you'll see just enough familiar elements to draw you in, and plenty of new things to keep you entertained. Human mode, where you try to stop the epidemic, may be my surprise favorite.
5 ★Where do I begin on this game. This game is much like "plauge. Inc" except I like it Way more. I find it has more customizable options that "plauge. Inc" and it seems more realistic in the way that you can close borders, airports, docks in humanity mode. I also love the fact that you can speed it up 3X for FREEE. Literally everything in this game is free. Way better than plauge. Inc. And to add to that, I am so hyped for multiplayer.
5 ★Good game, thought it was initially a ripoff of another established simulation, but isn't. There are more options and the ability to fight for cure. Excellent game, will buy to add to my shortlist of installed games once the free time ends. Game is slightly buggy on controls on newer phones due to curved screens, but well planned and designed. Some details are extremely small font , but then again it is on a 1. small screen, 2. Larger would obscure the game and 3. I am an old guy. Try it out
5 ★I love this game! It's like Plauge Inc. but free, and there is more stuff to do in it. For example, you can fight the disease if you would like. All of the evolution upgrades are great and makes you think about what you'll put your points into. All of the different infections just help add to the game and make you want to keep playing.
3 ★it's fun but easy difficulty is too easy normal is too hard and i think that every epidemic should be unlocked at the start playing as the humans is pretty interesting but it does get old although i did have some problems This game is really good but would be better if you could play a custom epidemic from the start sorry if this was a really unstructured review. 3 stars but would give 5 if ecery disease was unlocked at the start. but this game is Definitely better than plague inc. end
5 ★It's a good alternative if "Plague Inc." is not avaliable on some devices. I think it's even better. The diseases spread fast, how you like it. the point is to "Infect The World" as it reads. This game should be labled as an editors' choice. I highly reconmmend this game to people who want to simulate covid-19 or ebola or any virus they want and choose.
4 ★No matter what combination I use, I can't beat the first level, on normal. I spent money on this and can't see any of it. Not too happy. I like a challenge, but this seems more about chance, combined with a really elaborate guessing game.
3 ★I played and won three times in a row under the protozoan bug in normal mode but your game keeps on saying i was defeated. The first 2 wins, there were only 3 countries left to survive, and the screen said i was defeated cause humanity managed to save at least 4. I was like, whatever, maybe some bug which adds up 1 country. So i played it again, and only 1 country survived but again it said im defeated cause at least 4 countries survived. I cant progress. I have screenshots if you want it.
