1 ★I gave it 1 star because it wont let me give zero! the app never loads and when it does the screen is black and you can only hear sounds, they when I tried to cancel the subscriotion according to their instructions it wouldnt work and they charged me for 3 more months. So I have now paid for this app thru January of next year even though I do not even have it on my computer. DO NOT SIGN UP for this period! They will steal your money
1 ★I had purchased 7 day. But this app just loading 18%. I had complaint about it. And zebrainy suggest to update. I have done update and stil 18%. And i'm forgot to follow up. Until the 7 days end. And my kids didn't play anytime. I ask to refund. The email reply said to update. I have done. And the app is working !!!! But i must pay 3 month or 3++ k to use it. Heiiii.... I didn't get my 7 days purchased and 🦓 suggest me to pay again. Are u kidding. Very bad app I want refund
2 ★My son really likes this app. I think there's just too many glitches here and there. the screen freezes every time he's on it and this is played on a new samsung tablet with no problems with his other apps. Has great potentials, but too expensive to charge with all these bugs ,please fix .

1 ★I purchased the 7-day trial. Today is my 6th day and will be auto deducted if i cannot cancel the subscription within the day. So immediately, I cancelled the auto 3months subscription this afternoon since I found it unuseful for my 7year old child. But tonight at past 7pm, i was automatically charged for the 3months payment..My gcash fund was deducted. How come when in fact ive got a notification that i already cancelled the subscription. Please refund my payment as I cancelled within the day. Thanks.

1 ★Just cancelled my 7 day trial. I set it for 5-6 years old but the contents are too boring for my 5 years old. It just shows shapes for a good 30 minutes my son does not even want to proceed. Please make sure you don't charge me the renewal since I cancelled it before it renews.

As soon as possible... I unsubscribed after reading the email that it will not effect the app usage till 26 December the dead line of the subscription but when I opened the app that stupid app again asking for subscription scammers very bad response
