1 ★Ever since the most recent update (and the higher I became with bonus points), I haven't been able to play any of the portrait slots, only the landscape ones. One of my favorites is a portrait slot. I've exited the game and restarted 6 times, and I've even deleted it and downloaded it again, to try and fix the problem. STILL NO CHANGE! I'm glad I didn't spend money on this app, I would've been screwed. I'm so close to the reward I need, but I can't reach my goal because it doesn't work anymore.
1 ★The app is broken again. Once you close the first pop-up, the game freezes and won't load anything. Nothing you click on works. Uninstalled and reinstalled, and once logged back into my account, same issue of freezing after closing first pop-up. It is ridiculous the amount of times this game is down where it won't load properly. Update 6/27: Still issues with this game. I both submitted a help ticket in the app and emailed them directly. The only response I received was an automated email.
4 ★Great graphics, fun games, with a big variety of slots. Since the latest upgrade, though, the popups that want you to spend money on chips are ridiculous! 5, 6 of them between each switch of slot machine. And they pop up right when you are getting ready to click a machine, trying to get you to click on it by mistake. Very annoying but
1 ★MyVegas Super Scripted Slots: This app is awful and heavily scripted. The only "cool" feature of this app would be the reward points you get for actual Vegas trips. The best part about the reward points is that you don't even have to spin slots to collect them. So when this super scripted game inevitably takes all of your chips trying to get you to pay real money for more chips, they will also strip from you. Just remember, you don't need any chips to save up those reward points.
2 ★I have had this game on many of my phones over many years. it has been an enjoyable game to play especially if you're really bored or just need to pass some time. I have spent years saving up the reward points so that the next time I went to Vegas I could have a really great time. I was sad to find out as my Vegas trip approach that there were very little to no good Rewards. there used to be Cirque du Soleil tickets and other tickets to shows and for dinners. And I just wasn't seeing them..
2 ★There are too many pop-ups before and during games. And lately, I've been having issues with the mission completing and giving the points during each section of said mission! I'm thinking of just deleting this app, especially after seeing a review on the redemption of rewards while in Las Vegas. Deciding to delete this app, to many crashes, and to wait for networks is becoming an issue.
2 ★This has been my favorite slots app but the recent update has made it almost unplayable. About 80% of the time I get a free spin bonus all buttons in the game just stop working and I'm no longer able to spin or do anything without manually forcing the app to close in my phone settings. This also tends to happen randomly while playing, even without any kind of bonus. I usually get less than 5 minutes of play time before I'm forced to close and restart the game. Please fix this in the next update!
2 ★Game was 4 stars before May 1 update, now it's buggy, crashes, freezes, and is basically unplayable. They have gotten more annoying about ads as well. Things used to just pop up when you logged in, now they pop up when you log in, when you open a game, and sometimes even when you close the game. My issue for posting was that I lost a full set of free spins on Buffalo and Co because it crashes to black when the free spins start even if I go back and reopen the game.
2 ★Lately, the app is very slow causing delay/hesitation in play IN ALL GAMES. This problem occurred a week or so ago, was corrected, but is happening again. I also have not been able to send "gifts" to my friends for several days. I'm getting a message saying you are working on it, but it is an ongoing problem. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled stalled the app, but it didn't help.
4 ★It is great being able to get rewards for Las Vegas hotels and restuarants. I love being able to collect points each hour, however it takes over 30 minutes to collect. Another problem I have is many times the games don't appear properly, it will only take up 1/8 of the screen instead the full screen. Finally, the game does freeze up often.
2 ★many fun games and challenges to play. you level up quick, but that takes for money to play these fun games with especially with challenges. WORST PART is, very hard to make coins, and every 2 hours when you pick up coins, it's barely an eighth of what you need to spend on one pull for any of the games. hard to win coins which is disappointing when you're trying to enjoy them
1 ★Love the app but at this point it is completely unresponsive to touch on my Google Pixel 5. Worked fine, then the last week or so nothing. I still get credit for the daily bonus, specials, etc, but I literally can't touch on anything and make it respond. I can't play, can't collect hourly bonus, etc. I tried to uninstall to reinstall but that didn't fix it. Now I just can't click on accept for the terms of service. Very frustrating. Prior to this huge glitch I love the app.
