1 ★Terribly unrewarding. Awful offshore customer service. What would you expect from a game based in vagas ganes and also on vegas odds / and gives rewards-(ish) for you to play from home? This company has 4, and some to be released (targeting elders - ie Bingo) apps that can provide actual Vegas rewards - the winnings are well controlled by adjusting your odds while playing. I actually love playing the games, but when you get to the point of paying money for credits- they are a complete waste.
3 ★I HAD enjoyed playing this especially on the extra chip nights. However, lately all the app does is crash. I deleted it and installed it again only to have it work 1 day before it started happening again. I've even restarted my phone and still the same thing. And with no recent update, i can't really enjoy it.
4 ★Server freeze and has to restart alot
2 ★you ONLY get blackjack and that's it. without a variety of table games (no craps, roulette, hold 'em, etc), you'll probably lose interest unless you're farming for myVegas loyalty. (which if you are, this is great for farming) as is, it feels like the neglected step child of the myVegas line of games. would easily be fixed via new table games (not like there's a shortage of those, most of which don't require AI)
1 ★Stalls when I try to log-in to my Facebook account. Crashes and automatically closes the app in mid-play. I also tried to redeem some play tokens, but was not able to redeem. Did it twice and nothing! Checked my email and the spam inbox, nothing with regards to redeeming the play tokens.
5 ★It's entertaining, not quite like the real thing but it has its similarities. I've been playing it for about 5 years. I've been to Vegas a couple times and redeemed some points. At NYNY me and my girlfriend road the roller coaster a few times for free with the Points from the My Vegas game, When it came to 2 free nights at MGM, they(the casino) pulled out this ridiculous TAX fee that was like about 80% of what the room would have cost before the discount with my Points! Kind of stupid. Overal🤏
1 ★BEWARE: The creators of this game will delete the reward points you earn. This seems to be applied at random on accounts if you don't meet some criteria of play time. Super frustrating when I had over a million points found I was back to zero. Has not happened to some of my other friends who play sporadically.
4 ★not too bad with the advertisements but it does glitch alittle. It will take some time to get some ACTUAL REAL Vegas trip rewards but it's worth it if you want to save some money when you go. So play ahead of time before you go on your trip!
5 ★This app is fun and im actually learning how to be a better blackjack player. I like the Shaq Jack the best because of the basketball mini game. The slots are pretty fun too I just wish there was maybe one or two more slot machines to choose from. Overall a pretty addicting app. An excellent balance for the myvegas family of games.
2 ★Fun game, but there seems to be a couple bugs. The app loses connection most of time after watching an ad, so no chips are added my account. Also sometimes the whole app will glitch and the screen gets all distorted.
1 ★Thanks for resetting my all of my coins the week of my vegas trip. I will never play this game again. It takes to much time to gather the coins then the game decides when its time to reset. What a rip! If the customer matters this would not happen. Welcome to the world of gaming I guess the house always win.
1 ★Lost over 2 million loyalty points I told them and they said cause I haven't logged in, in awhile and they sent a notice. Well I log in every day and logged in when I got the notice! I spent over $1000 when my vegas first came out and purchased some of those loyalty points! I want those points back or I want a refund for all I have put into this app since 2011! I would of gave 5 stars but it seems when you have enough points to take 2 cruises for free they red flag you and steal your points!
