Monopoly is a classic family board game beloved by people of all ages. It’s a game of luck, strategy, and people skills.Monopoly is derived from The Landlord's Game, which was created by Elizabeth Magie in the United States in 1903. Monopoly has been a classic board game for over 100 years.
It is also known as Business Card Game. There are quite a few versions of Monopoly played around the world
The game objective is to force opponents into bankruptcy by trading i.e. buying, selling and developing pieces of property.
Monopoly is a real-estate board game for two to six players.
The board consists of 40 spaces containing twenty-eight properties: (twenty-two streets (grouped into eight color groups), four railroads, and two utilities), three Chance spaces, three Community Chest spaces, a Luxury Tax space, an Income Tax space, and the four corner squares: GO, (In) Jail/Just Visiting, Free Parking, and Go to Jail.
If a player lands on a Chance or Community Chest space, they draw the top card from the respective deck and follow its instructions.
A player continues to travel around the board until he or she is bankrupt. Bankruptcy results in elimination from the game. The last player remaining on the board is the winner.
At the start of the game, each player is given a fixed amount of play money; the players then moves around the board according to the throw of a pair of dice. Any player who lands on an unowned property may buy it, but, if he or she lands on a property owned by another player, rent must be paid to that player.
If a player acquires a monopoly- that is, If a player owns all the spaces within a color group, he may then build or develop equal houses and hotels on these spaces, generating even more income from opponents who land there must pay that player rent according to the value of the land and any buildings on it.

2 ★it chooses a player and "picks" on them. sending a player to jail 4 consecutive rounds and the player with the most money gets the cards that give money. a game that could start arguments no doubt.
3 ★Hate that the computer can offer a "trade" but i cant make an offer for trade, even in multi player mode it says the bank disqualifies the trade...or some such nonsense.
2 ★It's too easy, I always win. There is no variation from the CPU players. It started off being fun, but then you begin to know what the CPU will do. Leading it to be too predictable and easy to make trades. Can't change the colours of the counters as some clash. The 'online game' is a time limit per move version of the 'vs computer'. The foundation is okay, but the app needs a lot of tweeking
5 ★Straight forward, incredibly fun and fast. Request: A 'Show Board' button on the trading screen. I haven't memorized the board and would like to see the board before making the trade.
1 ★This app is ok but it has disconnected me several times when i am doing well and does not allow me to get back into my game.
1 ★the game has bias issues . Not that it rewards one player more than the other, but that it endlessly punishes one player to the point of bankruptcy. At first i thought it was just bad luck. but then it becomes clear as you play more games, that there is always that one player that gets all the fines, losses and jail time without any end to the misery.
1 ★Waist of time game is not fair i stayed landing on the same square the whole game collect 200 and pay it back on income tax all game uninstalled
1 ★This game gonna get 1 star because it always disconnected me when I'm about to win in online mode. F u!!
2 ★Half the people you play against are robots. Offer them a 1$ profit on any property and they will trade you. Not playing against real people makes it useless and stupid.
2 ★Disconnects mid game erasing progress... which sucks. Won't play again u less problem is solved.
