Generasi Biru adalah album studio keempat karya grup musik Indonesia, Slank, yang dirilis pada tahun 1994. Album ini diproduksi sendiri oleh Slank. Album yang berisikan 11 lagu ini mengandalkan lagu Kamu Harus Pulang dan Terbunuh Sepi sebagai singel terkenalnya.
Atas angka penjualan yang tinggi dalam semua kategori musik di Indonesia pada tahun 1994-1995, album ini meraih penghargaan Platinum Ganda (bahasa Inggris: Double Platinum) dari BASF Awards.
Generasi Biru adalah album tonggak reformasi Slank. Setelah manajemen Slank lepas dari Boedi Soesatio pada tahun 1994, Slank mendirikan biro manajemen, studio rekaman, rumah produksi, dan perusahaan rekaman yang berdiri sendiri.[1] Manajemen dikelola oleh Pulau Biru Production. Produksi album dilakukan oleh Piss Record, perusahaan rekaman milik Slank sendiri.[2]
Proses rekaman dilakukan melalui eksperimen tiga tempat berbeda, yaitu di Potlot 14, Pondok Nurul (Puncak, Jawa Barat), dan Cibubur, Jawa Barat. Sampul album didesain oleh seorang sutradara ternama, yakni Dimas Djayadiningrat. Berbeda dengan album sebelumnya, logo Slank pada album ini dibuat oleh Bongky. Hal menarik lainnya adalah, proses pengambilan vokal untuk lagu Terbunuh Sepi dilakukan oleh Kaka di tengah lapangan dan saat tengah malam.
Album ini dipasarkan dalam bentuk kaset dan Compact Disc (CD) dengan pendistribusian dibantu oleh Program/Virgo Rec. Mixing dan mastering dikerjakan oleh Indra Q di Jackson Studio.
Album ini memperoleh penghargaan Platinum Ganda (Double Platinum) dalam BASF Awards untuk kategori album terlaris tahun 1994–1995.[1]
Video klip lagu Kamu Harus Pulang yang disutradarai oleh Gusti Hermansyah dari Djerit Sinema berhasil meraih penghargaan Video Klip Favorit dari Video Musik Indonesia tahun 1994-1995 dan Video Klip Terbaik Sepanjang Tahun 1995-1996.
