Connect Hearts is a new casual puzzle game with original & addicting game play, two game modes, three difficulties and lots of fun for all ages! Will you make it into TOP20 highscores?The game is 100% free with no In-App purchases.
How to play: Move your finger over at least 3 hearts of the same color in a way that you connect them all together - you must connect the last heart in your created chain with the first heart! Please review the screenshots to see how to play. Remember, longer chains you create, better score you get! Submit your score at the end of the game to a global leaderboard to see who is the best! More games you play = better overall score you get!
