豈料決戰之際，妲己竟親手殺死紂王，以天子之血行血獄死冥陣，將眾人帶到另外一個詭異又混亂的〝異世堺〞。此處遍地妖魔鬼怪，如同人間煉獄。而過去與他陷入苦戰的死敵－聞仲，居然未死並帶領魔家眾將四處攻掠，欲以蚩尤之血復活紂王！
為了阻止紂王復生，姬發、姜尚等人在元始天尊死前遺留的線索導引下，一邊尋找太古三神器，一邊對抗聞仲等人，乞求尋找回歸原本世界的方法，讓一切回復原貌。然而施咒的妲己不知所蹤，似乎在暗地策畫著更大的陰謀...
