3 ★The game feels like you're playing in slow motion. The graphics are decent, but that's no huge accomplishment when the animation is scripted. Promises two free characters when reaching level 9, but only awards one. The other is lost when turning down the cash purchase for an enhancement package. It is good for an indie game, but far from a polished competitor to those by major publishers. Offering a package for every character with a threat that it is only available until pressing cancel is both absurd and a deterrent. It is a mobile game, not a live auction. With auto play, it isn't much of a game, either. Nice effort, though.
4 ★The game has fallen a LOT! In the beginning, it is absolutely beautiful and you get a lot for the little you spend. In the late game (I've been playing over 2 years) it has become way too expensive and the pvp modes (arena & tournament) are just atrocious! Instead of getting easier as you spend and become stronger, its gets absolutely ridiculous in trying to keep the fight at the top! Playkot needs to go back to its roots and finish the campaign mode, it could be fun again.
2 ★The game has amazing graphics and story cut scenes. The alliance cooperation is quite good. Game play lacks variety and events are generally disliked by most players. Too many characters released with no new game mode advancement. After an update a couple months ago i have had a bit of trouble with the game freezing. Usually several times a day making alliance support difficult. It is becoming almost unplayable.
4 ★I disagree with most of the reviews for this. The first stages are nowhere near as difficult as people make it seem, also the ads are occasional and not really that annoying. Only gave it 4 stars because the gameplay is so similar to other games like it but I'm still new so maybe there will be more modes to unlock as I level up. Give it a try.
3 ★I do have a problem with the enemies targeting in the game. They attack 1 person relentlessly with major skills until they are dead, so my lvl 25 unit dies in a lvl 15 area immediately, and then I don't get all the rewards. And no one can heal so you just have to take it. Unless you are overpowered you'll keep getting at least 1-2 of your units killed by little guys every time. very frustrating! Besides that the game is solid
4 ★Good monster designs. Lizards! A bit of a sleepy environment with the toned down music and all text story. The main screen interface is a little clunky. When I tap to select something, I get the confirmation sound effect, a little click noise. But I sometimes have to tap the icon four times or so just to get it to go through. I think all the fade in and out animations are making it lag? not sure. it works fine and gameplay is good. But please adjust how we select stuff on screen?
4 ★Graphics are really stylized, which is nice. It's not bad at all, it's just very grindy. Reminds me of trying to play Archeage Begins, tbh. I got stuck in the first chapter because I didn't spend money to level my heroes and had to grind for xp potions and gear for upgrades, which is kind of annoying, but I'm going to see where it goes.
1 ★It's a fun straight-forward RPG. F2P unless you're eager to advance quickly. Still decent gameplay for free. EDIT: Game has been ruined by overpowered characters that can only be played at a reasonable level through purchase. There is no effective defense against these characters, and they all but block any advancement. Pay2play all the way, but due to ONE new character in particular, which is just silly. Very very disappointing.
3 ★It's a good game but that stems from the fact that it is a blatant copy of galaxy of Heroes. I'll be it it has a shiny new coat of paint and the graphics look really good. Although the game basically expects that you've already played other games that it is copying. Also, on only the second day they get really stingy with the SIM tickets... Excuse me, the memory cores. This really slows down the progression and fun. I wanted to keep playing but the monetization tactics are too heavy-handed.
5 ★Just started, but good so far. Well thought out story and good animations and art. Follows the same model as Galaxy of Heroes and Marvel Strike Force. Hopefully they keep it accessible to casual players and not turn it into a big paywall like the others mentioned. My only gripe is that the controls are unresponsive sometimes and it's hard to hit arrows when changing screens. This doesn't take away enough from the experience to make it negative though.
3 ★Great graphics, but serious balancing issues. Story line is good, love the cut scenes. Some aspects of the game seem less in depth. Skills for characters are lacking in punch and in some cases functionality. Maybe they will fix these things in future updates but in my experience with these types of games, this is a finished product.
4 ★I'm amazed by the visuals. The writing in the campaign is kind of funny, but the characters are pretty cool. It has an interesting approach on how the characters level up, by letting the player choose which characters can level and which ones cannot with leveling potions. The interface is easy to navigate, although I can't find where the storage for the upgrade materials is. Overall my opinion after playing it for 2 hours, is that it is a solid game, and I'm enjoying it so far.
