3 ★Downloaded and the app is super buggy. Freeze and force closes when choosing starting and end point to cut. Edit: updated to 3 stars just for reply - happened to both songs i tried, each around 4-4:30 in length. I was trying to trim around the 2 minute mark up to the 2:45 minute and second mark. It will let me move one slider np the second slider is where it freezes and will crash. The ads are too much too. We should only get an ad before the app actually delivers not everytime opened.
5 ★Easy to use and works great. I wanted to make ringtones with my downloaded songs from YouTube music and come to find out you can't. I used the video to mp3 converter app from this developer and then the Mp3 cutter to make them perfect. Only took a minute or 2 to make a ringtone. After using the free version once I got the Pro versions to help support the devs. 2 👍.
5 ★Motorola/Android user over here: I Love it, my cell rings exactly how I want it to ring, it also got it's own folder of wtvr ringtones you make so you won't get lost and wonder where your ringtone is at. Don't worry about the ads if you can put up with ads in your music app you can put up with these that aren't as annoying as YT ads. As simple as that. I say gve it a chance!
1 ★Ruined my phone and music. I cannot find the original songs just the cuts I made off this app to use for ringtones and since this was a digital download into Amazon it won't work online or offline I have to repurchase the album. It says unable to download music as the file is now corrupted. DO NOT USE unless you like corrupted files you paid for and cannot listen to. I've never had trouble before this with any other ringtone app. This is for sure a 0 star app.
2 ★OKAY. I bought the Pro version, because I'm a fan of InShot. Now, seriously, you're limiting the final size of my merged ringtone?! I don't want 128kbps ringtones. Fix this to where the ringtone can be higher quality. Secondly, your merging interface needs serious work. Go look at how software like Audacity allows you to merge audio tracks. 1 ★Deserves negative stars. DO NOT INSTALL!!!! Any song you trim down with this replaces the original with the trimmed version so you lose the original. Absolute garbage!!!! Adding to this because of the response from InShot Inc. It deleted the original file and replaced it with the cut down version. Searched the phone memory for the original file, it was gone. Even replaced the file in the album in Google music. This app is garbage.
5 ★Needed to trim and covert a WAV recoding and it did the job. However, it wasn't able find it when I tried to open it, so I had to go into a file manager and open with this app. There were a couple of other glitches, including the suggested name being incorrect (if the input file is "a b c.wav", I would have expected the suggestion to be "a b c.mp3", but it was just "c.mp3". Based on these glitches, I think there are issues in working with files that have spaces in it.
5 ★Works perfectly and better than any other that I've tried. Unfortunately, this app can't moved to an external storage/ memory card. It's a deal breaker until I get my new phone. BUT once I get that new phone I WILL be reinstalling this app because it's simply the best free app out there. I just don't have the storage for it now. 5 stars from me. Hands down the best.
5 ★I've used this app for at least 6 yrs meow on multiple devices and it truly is one of my favorites. It works perfect for creating ringtones and I can even save them to an external storage device to use on any of my phones. I just recently explored the audio merger function and had a blast with it! Great job with this app 👍
5 ★This MP3 Cutter is a very nice app for trimming sounds and converting of sounds. But the only thing is that person need to concentrate well and mark the place that you want to cut with the sound and time of it, and not just to look at it before cutting it. Because if you should follow like that, you will miss your target of what you may want to cut out.
4 ★This MP3 Cutter & Ringtone app (from in-shot) is the best freemium app for this sort of thing. That I have tried. You can change volume. Plus there is a range of saving in MP3 or m4a file formats. Easy trimming tools. It does take some time to learn how to use. But once you realise what you can and cannot do. It is great. The ads are not that annoying on the basic freemium version.
5 ★A nice interface that I could easily navigate. The buttons to cut, merge, mix MP3 are all there in your face, not hard to find. And the finished product is also great.
