2 ★Wired connected IP camera. Can not playback previous recorded clips. Always show spinning wheel. Very frustrating. Can see live feed from my cctv though. Huawei 10 pro view.

2 ★it is good and most of the time camd blurry and i wish it had rewind and FF. I don't understand why the video stopped. i have to close ip pro 3 then get back on every time when video stopped running. please fix this problem. Thanks.

4 ★i have discovered that when adding a camera to the existing platform if you dont add the password on the new camera it connects ok if you do add it it says wrong password or username. The app is very quick to open esp if you get an alert and want to see what or who triggered the alert. The message alert is ok as well and i notice that the picture will remain in colour at night given some ambient light eg(street lighting) which is a very nice feature for rcognition purposes especially clothes etc

1 ★There is a problem with video playback on this app. It frequently doesn't start from where you select on the timeline but instead starts from some other random place. The picture also keeps freezing and skipping which makes the video look as if it's been tampered with. It also keeps saying the camera is offline when it isn't.

1 ★I bought an Inesun wifi camera and had this software installed. I enabled motion detection features and keeps sending me notification. When I playback the recordings it telling me No recorging. This software is the same as EseeCloud 3. They've from the same developer. I'm returning the camera

4 ★App always starts with a 4 screen grid, even if you change it to 1, 6, or 8 screens... would be nice if it either automatically remembered your choice, or have a startup selection of how many screens you want to display upon startup of the app.
